Nytt PGA National 2BR Residence med fantastisk utsikt över golfbanan

Allt om detta bostad är toppen av linjen, första klass och obefläckat ren. Med fantastisk 180 graders vykort perfekt utsikt över Championship Golf Course på PGA National Golf Club. Vi hyr endast ut till ansvarsfulla gäster som vill ha det bästa av Palm Beach i en lugn och kvalitativ miljö.

Mina priser är fyra och jag erbjuder inte rabatter.

Detta boende har totalrenoverats sommaren 2019 och har alla nya möbler, golvbeläggningar och tillbehör. Designerköket är helt nytt och perfekt för privat middag eller underhållning. Madrassen är ny och extremt bekväm med 500 trådar och lakan. Nya TV-apparater i alla sovrum och vardagsrummet med höghastighets WIFI i hela bostaden. Den spektakulära privata terrassen har utsikt över golfbanan.

Pickup-truckar eller någon annan typ av lastbilar är inte tillåtna på parkeringsområdet. De kommer att bogseras. Husdjur som är över 25 kilo är strängt förbjudna av PGA-gruppen. Om du vill ta med ett husdjur måste jag registrera det och du måste inkludera ett husdjur vid bokningstillfället. Jag tar ut en husdjursavgift.

Bostaden ligger i det gateda PGA National Resort, där Honda Classic finns på PGA Tour. Det finns vackra parker på fastigheten och fantastiska restauranger ligger bara några minuter från lägenheten. Juno Beach är en 9 minuters bilresa och är en av de bästa stränderna i södra Florida med gratis parkering. West Palm Beach ligger 15 minuters bilresa från lägenheten; promenera den berömda Worth Avenue i West Palm Beach eller ta en 5 minuters bilresa till Gardens Mall (inomhus och utomhus). Outlet-köpcentret ligger utanför Hwy 95 och ligger bara 10 minuter från lägenheten. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) ligger 15 minuter bort. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) ligger 45 minuter bort.
Bra shopping, mat och stränder väntar på din vistelse.

Det finns gratis parkering i gated community bredvid bostaden. Lastbilar eller lastbilar är inte tillåtna inom samhället.

The host of this property was very attentive, we only had one minor issue and it was handled very quickly. Great stay, would definitely recommend. Located near everything and the unit itself was very well done and comfortable and homey.

Clean and comfortable

The unit had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were particularly comfortable. Worked well for a family of 5, especially with the large bunk beds in the second bedroom.

PGA Golf Villa

Our villa was very neat and clean with all needed appliances available. The heated swimming pool was right across the parking lot and there were many opportunities for quiet walks across the beautifully landscaped property, which included course views and lakes.

Mother/Daughter Trip - Great Success!

My mom & I greatly enjoyed our time staying at this property. We came to FL to escape the cold of our home town and to celebrate a birthday. This property made our trip enjoyable with its ease, cleanliness, and location. We previously had a home in the Palm Beach Gardens area and this property was in the perfect location for us to enjoy old favorites and new finds!

Great PGA property within walking distance to the PGA Resort.

Rachel was very attentive to our requests. There were a few minor things in the condo that needed to be addressed and she and her team were right on it! If you are looking for a great condo in a quiet neighborhood in a pristine PGA location to PGA amenities, this is it..

Too much too little

Checked in at required time and the unit had not been cleaned from the last renters called property manager and had somebody over within a half hour and cleaned the whole place. The property manager called and wanted to take the living room rug out of the unit said it had to go in another unit my husband said no way. There were also slats missing on some of the windows which didn’t give us that much privacy. For the price we paid these things should have been taken care of.

Great Rental for Families

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this rental in Palm Beach Gardens. It was clean & recently renovated with nice furniture in the living, dining & bedrooms. The apartment fit 3 adults & 2 kids comfortably. The property was right across from the pool - in walking distance. The property manager was attentive & checked in to ensure all our needs were being met & that we had no issues. We would definitely return!

lovely golf villa

i stayed 6 weeks Nov and early Dec 2021. Very much enjoyed the condo. Sweet community right near the pool. Modern, simple furniture very easy to maintain. Very comfortable and lovely quiet, open views to fairways beyond. The back porch is wonderful and the owners are very responsive to any issues you may have. A lovely experience.

We spent almost two weeks at this beautiful condo and were so sad to leave. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and extremely well maintained.
