Everything about our stay was exceptional! From communication with Nancy, to her beautiful home. They space was gorgeous and so comfortable. My favorite spot was the courtyard. Thanks for making our getaway so memorable. Can't wait to stay again someday.

We had a wonderful experience in this house. Parking was easy. Plenty of space. Great living area for gathering space. Instructions were great. Nancy was very responsive. It's only a few minutes from UofA campus. I would definitely come here again.

The Bakery is a unique gem that is worth the trip to Tucson. The attention to detail in every room is superlative and Nancy, who really is the owner as well as the property manager, could teach a Master class in how to welcome and support guests! Truly hope we can make it back again to this great property.

The Bakery was so beautiful and cozy. Everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed the downtown location. The back garden patio was just lovely. Nancy is warm and welcoming. We really loved staying here.

Thank you for your kind words. I must admit I was surprised that you rated the Bakery only “4 stars.” We have over 70 reviews on the various listing sites, and they are ALL “5 stars”... until now! I looked at our texts and emails, and didn’t see any problems mentioned, so I am anxious to find out what we could have done better to earn the excellent rating that we strive for. Please text or email me and let me know if you have any suggestions for improvement. We really value feedback from our guests, and many of the improvements we have made to the property over the years is based their input.

Great close in neighborhood

Easy access to downtown and a short walk to Bario Brewery let us explore some new to us areas in Tucson. Well kept place and very good instructions about the place and things to do in Tucson. Love the history of the house and area.

Perfect Stay

The bakery was perfect for our needs to have a mini vacation in n Tucson. Super comfortable will everything you need. The unit is in a quiet little neighborhood walking distance to downtown. The little garden was lovely to enjoy morning coffee and the living room spacious and relaxing.

We love the Bakery!

This was our second stay at the Bakery. We love it so much my wife said she'd buy it if it was for sale. The property is charming and the owners are great!

Wonderful property downtown area Tucson

The Bakery is a delightful property if you are wanting to stay near downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona and the many art galleries and dining options of Tucson. Property is exactly as described and we would definitely consider staying at The Bakery again during our next trip to Tucson.

Lovely stay

This was one of our best stays in any VRBO. The Bakery is lovely and even better than the photos. The neighborhood is fantastic; so much within walking distance. Communication with the host was seamless. Highly recommended!

Love The Bakery

An Oasis Close to Everything!

Our stay in Tucson was fantastic. Nancy’s attention to detail; her passion about the history and integrity of the property was evident. We loved the ability to walk just about everywhere, with easy street parking when we drove. Our favorite place to unwind after a day of exploring was the courtyard. We’re already planning our next trip!

Very Close to Historic Tucson

We enjoyed our stay. The house is quite eclectic and comfortable. We were steps away from the Turquoise Trail which we wanted to walk. The location is very close to the historic Tucson and a quick tram tide to the University.

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you got to do the turquoise trail. And you mentioning it reminded me that I need to put something in the Guidebook about it. It's amazing to see the size of the Presidio Wall nestled up against the huge government buildings and realize that it was the best protection they had only 150 years ago.

Perfect for two couples!

Great location walking distance from downtown. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is there, in a quiet and convenient neighbourhood. Our host Nancy provided all the information we might need and was readily available for questions/comments. We'll be back!
