Kom och koppla av och njut av vår vackra endenhet vid vattnet som ligger i Beachview-samhället.
På bottenvåningen finns tvåbäddsrum med eget badrum. Fullt utrustat kök med rostfria vitvaror, bänkskivor i granit, rymlig öppen matsal och vardagsrumsplan.
Stor plattskärms-tv, matsal har plats för sex, barområde platser 3.
På övervåningen finns två stora sovrum, King Master Suite med privat badrum, duschkabin, balkong med utsikt över smaragdgröna vattnet i Mexikanska golfen, platt-TV. Queen Guest sovrum har två bekväma queen size-sängar, platt-tv och bifogat badrum med badkar / dusch combo.

Trappstolhiss gör din semester ännu lite roligare.

Våra främre uteplatser vid viken ser ut mot den vita sanden på Beachviews privata samhällsstrand. Avkopplande havssaltvatten, perfekt för långa promenader på stranden eller slappa av med en favoritbok. Barn stora och små kommer att älska att söka efter eremitkrabbor och samla snäckskal. Du kan sitta på uteplatsen för en sval kvällsdrink och njuta av den vackra solnedgången och titta på delfinerna simma med tidvattnet och segelbåtarna rör sig upp och ner på stranden.

Pensacola Beach ligger bara 15 minuters bilresa från radhuset. Packa en picknicklunch och njut av en dag med bad och lek i Mexikanska golfen. Huvudstrandområdet har toaletter, picknickpaviljonger och livräddare på vakt under dagen.

Det finns gott om aktiviteter för tonåringar, familjer och par. Lokala aktiviteter inkluderar: Simning, fiske, promenader i månskenet och sommarkonserter på Navarre Beach. Naval Aviation Museum, delfinkryssningar, sköldpaddecentrum, gokart, putt puttgolf och glöm inte fyrturen. Bra golf kan hittas tvärs över fastlandet vid Hidden Creek golfbana.

En kort promenad från radhuset tar dig till Sailors Grill, Windjammers på piren och Broussards Cajun Restaurant. Bra mat och bra service!

Vårt radhus har plats för tre bilar. Tyvärr finns inga ytterligare parkeringsplatser tillgängliga. Beachview Homeowners Association tillåter inte husbilar eller släpvagnar av något slag att parkera i samhället! Parkering på gatan eller gräsmarkerna är förbjuden.

Would Stay Again

The property is in an excellent location. We loved waking up to the sounds of the crashing waves. The beach is very clean and the lifeguards are very attentive and communicative. Great for getting away from all the hustle and bustle.

Relaxing

The townhouse had everything you needed from having great space to just relax and enjoy the beach. The rooms were huge and very comfortable. The view from the living room to the back deck and the master bedroom was amazing. Highly recommend this place. Having a community pool was a huge hit for my kids as well

It was a nice place just not as clean as I would hv liked!

In the upstairs guest bedroom there were water bottles under the beds. There was sand all over the kitchen table. Showers are kinda moldy. Something had been spilt all over 1 of the living room chairs. The downstairs glass door does not lock but they do have a pole to keep it shut. Floors felt dirty. It’s a great location though. It looks a little worse than the pictures on the internet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was cleaned and everything looked super and inviting. WE hit the beach and had a great vacation. Will be booking for next year. Plenty of space and closest to the walkover to the beach. This is a public beach meaning anyone with access to crossover can place their beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets anywhere on beach. Had to wake early morning to put chairs in spot close to water to get good seat for the day.

Best House with a back door beach

Pawpaw & I (Mawmaw) vacationed with our daughter, son-in-law, and 2 year old grandson for a week at this beach-front condo. The house was amazing and the owners were very responsive to our questions. They checked in with us to see if we needed anything at all. The beach chairs, toys, bicycles, and grill were awesome to have on site. We ate on the kitchen balcony and watched dolphins from our bedroom balcony. The rooms were spacious. Everything you could imagine and beyond was fully furnished. We have recommend this place to our friends and will definitely return here again.
