Tyst 1700 kvadratmeter hus som ligger på ett hörnparti. Gott om parkering och 10 minuter från amfiteatern i röda klippor. Du kommer att vara 15 minuter från centrum och på gångavstånd från restauranger och barer. Tre sovrum rum två badrum hus. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och de andra två rummen har queen size-sängar. Vi har två eldstäder, en på övervåningen och en i köket. Köket är välutrustat med kaffebryggare, mixer, brödrost, mikrovågsugn och en rymlig matsal. Privat tvättstuga finns för gästerna.

Wonderful Property

What a great VRBO property! We went to see the Broncos play and this home was centrally located not only to the stadium but also to restaurants and shopping. The check in and out process was as easy as it gets. The house was immaculate and the layout was perfect for what we needed for our family of 6. The poker game they had was a hit! We would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again!

Great location on the west side of Denver!

We stayed here two nights for a wedding in Evergreen. It was a perfect location with lots of great restaurants nearby and great shopping. The house was very clean and had one of the best kitchens we've had in a vacation rental. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Friends gather for Red Rocks show

Getting in was a breeze. Location was great. Neighborhood was quiet. House was older but nice. Clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen stocked with kit, pans, coffee. The only complaint was there was a need for attention to the yard and the patio was crumbling. Overall good stay.

Comfortable home and great location for Red Rocks!

We recently spent two nights at this charming house near the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater. The house is comfortable, offering a clean and welcoming atmosphere with all the usual amenities. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living room, everything was perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. Nestled in a nice neighborhood, we enjoyed the peace and quiet, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring and concert-going. The only minor hiccup was the lawn, which was in dire need of a mow, and the flower beds, which could have used a bit of weeding. But honestly, those small details didn't detract from our wonderful experience at all. In fact, we found the slightly wild garden added a touch of rustic charm to the place! It's like the house was saying, "I have character!" Plus, it provided some entertaining moments as we speculated on the potential of a hidden gnome village amidst the tall grass. Overall, this house near Red Rocks was a fantastic choice. Clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated, it made our stay memorable. We'd gladly return, unruly lawn and all!

Terrific stay

We had a short three night trip and this home served us well. This is a well-maintained property that had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. Thanks for the great stay!!

Location, location!

I booked this home to attend a Red Rocks concert. It turned out to be a great location. Plus grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. The home was very clean. It had a nice upgraded kitchen with everything we needed. Hector was very responsive. The home just needs some TLC. But we would stay here again.

Awesome experience

This place was absolutely great. Next time I am in Denver, this house will be the first option I seek for lodging. Host was very easy going and made the entire process very easy to navigate. The house was very clean, beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of room within the house. Overall, 10/10. Nothing bad to say whatsoever.

Great house in Lakewood

Stayed for a couple of nights with my two adult sons while in town for a wedding. House was great - very comfortable, modern and nicely decorated. Nice neighborhood within walking distance to grocery/shopping. Hector was easy to deal with and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Great quiet place to stay in the Denver area

This house was a cozy place to stay for our family. The kitchen was well stocked, the dining table massive, and the living areas spacious and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and we didn't feel like we needed anything that wasn't there. We had one small temporary hiccup but our host jumped on it, on a Sunday morning no less, and helped us as quick as he could. We've done a lot of stays like this and this one was up there with the best.

My partner and I had friends and family come to town to celebrate a birthday. Our house is too small to accommodate everyone comfortably and Hector’s house was perfect. We had the entire place and garage. Bonus that is was dog friendly without any additional fees. Check in/out was easy and we appreciated Hector’s quick response by phone. By far one of the most convent str’s I’ve ever stayed in. Thanks, Hector!

Excellent property and location!

My dad and I were in town for a concert at Red Rocks and this place was prefect and a short drive! We both love to walk in the mornings and the neighborhood was perfect for it! Found plenty of places to eat close by. The beds were cozy and place has everything we could have needed.

Great home to stay!!

The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and in a very good location. The only issue we had was with the low water pressure in downstairs bath sink and the right side of the mattress downstairs collapsing under any pressure.

Better than the photos

This was the perfect place to stay for our family that went to a red rocks concert. The two levels of the house was great for our family with 3 teens and my parents. As long as everyone is able bodied to go up and down stairs and as long as you like the separation of living area (upstairs) and kitchen (downstairs), this will be a great place for you. It worked for us!

Value property

This property was a good deal for the money. Be advised that the kitchen is downstairs (with 2 bedrooms upstairs) so there are lots of stairs. More space to spread out than a hotel, so worth the money for the space. Furniture needed to be more comfortable, so keep that in consideration as well. Host varied in terms of how communicative he was. Close to most places in Denver, including the train and restaurants.
