Denna walk-up gästsvit / lägenhet har nyligen renoverats med extra badrum. Du har din egen ingång, trädgård och balkong. Perfekt för 2 gäster. 30 min åka till staden på LIRR i VS. Handla tills du släpps bara några minuter bort på Green Acres Mall. Förarna har tillgång till stora motorvägar som Belt Parkway, Southern State, Sunrise Highway och Cross Island. Perfekt för resenärer med långa resurser.

Bortsett från att sviten är bekvämt belägen på en Cul De Sac utan hem bakom dig kan du definitivt koppla av och komma ikapp med några Z's eller kliva utanför din balkong och njuta av en bra bok. BBQ när vädret tillåter det i din gård. Våren och sommaren fångar helgens basebollspel från ditt eget privata däck eller helt enkelt ta lite strålar på loungestolarna. Perfect for my needs. Great location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed and very responsive host. One issue with crumbs on the top and bottom sheets of the bed. Host explained that the cleaning service was new and I was offered replacement sheets, but I had already brushed them off :-

Absolutely wonderful!! The place was perfect amd conveniently locate close to the UBS Arena for the concert we went to see. It was so clean and Veronica was so welcoming and friendly.

Lovely Small Place

My stay was lovely. Clean & comfortable, and location is decent. Quiet, too!17 minute walk to Long Island Railroad, and about a 6 minute to local stores / restaurants up the block.

Not the oasis as billed

Veronica the manager was very communicative, no problem there. The price point was very comfortable as well. But this was more of a gramma's attic space with a cramped water closet than an "oasis" get-a-away as advertised. To be prepared for you stay, any lady guest needs to know that there is no counter space around the bathroom sink... my wife had to work off the toilette to do her make-up. The shower stall was cramped too. The blankets/bedding and bath towels were very worn and needed updating. The room had a bed and a mini fridge/coffee maker set up and a TV. But no indoor seating space - the half love seat in the corner jammed under the angled attic ceiling doesn't serve as a comfortable option. There is a fold away card table for dinning, but again, not comfortable. The outside deck was a nice touch, but it is very dated, needs painting. The "private" patio was very worn and dirty. The outside stairs to the accommodation were challenging to negotiate, and the lighting in that patio area were inoperable. The advertisement said you can use the local high school track for exercise... not the case as it is behind a locked fence with "no trespassing" signs. Overall, appreciate the owner's communication and the price, but the accommodation was worn and tired and cramped. More like a 1.5 star motel than a 10/10 VRBO special treat.

Great place to stay and very cozy! Didn’t realize it was a private room in owners home, would suggest putting it on details, but other than that the place was wonderful.

Cozy studio above main house

It is above the owner's house so you have to be aware of noise. It is very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is poor lighting and a small mirror in the bathroom. When doing hair and applying make up was a challenge. Also I could not get the TV to work. It had no internet access. It said there was access to hulu but I could not get the TV to work at all but I did not contact the owner as it was late. Overall I really enjoyed the stay. It is very close access to everything and very clean and comfortable. The water that was left as well as all of the coffee selection for the morning was nice. Would recommended for quick stay.

Easy airport crashpad

Very easy to get to and from this property when traveling. It has all the essentials and private entry/exit. I appreciated the hot chocolate :)
