Kom och gör dig hemma i vår nyrenoverade hantverkarstuga, med traditionella trä accenter och originella trägolv. Blandar bekvämt moderna bekvämligheter med historisk charm. Detta vackra hem är över 100 år gammalt, byggt 1885.
Vår stuga har alla dina bekvämligheter hemifrån och sedan några. Du kan koppla av i vår trädgårdssvit som öppnar upp till vår vackra trädgård i trädgården eller koppla av i vår klassiska svit som öppnar in i vardagsrummet för en ännu mysigare atmosfär. Njut av brädspel, titta på T. V. eller bara koppla av vid spisen med ett glas vin.
Shoppa runt i våra söta, skinkiga butiker eller ta ett kaffe på en av våra lokala kaféer. Oavsett vad du tycker om, har Santa Rosa allt.

Vill du veta vad som gör centrum av Santa Rosa så underbart? Med bara en 5 minuters promenad längs vägen kan du besöka vårt centrum för att njuta av några av de lokala hantverkade ölen på vårt berömda "Russian River Brewery", njuta av vin och cocktails på "Abborre & Plog" eller "Fågel & flaskan" (bästa Cosmo i stan). Beautiful cottage

This place was such a nice place to relax. The town is within walking distance and the Italian restaurant next door was great. The bedroom has French doors that lead to a beautiful garden. This place was truly amazing. I am saving the info so that I may return.

Wine country get away

This location was a great spot for our vacation to Napa and Sonoma, convenient drives from the location. The cottage was well maintained and very guest friendly. This may be the best equipped VRBO kitchen I’ve used. We cooked breakfast there daily. We’d stayed in Napa, Sonoma, and Petaluma on previous trips and found a lot about the Santa Rosa location to commend itself.

Needed a break from painters

We stayed here while house was being painted. Loved it. Got to explore downtown and also relax in tranquil garden. House is charming . Well equipped. Great communication with owner . Would ssnd houseguests here 😄

Charming cottage

Enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage near downtown Santa Rosa. Location was great for day trips, the house is adorable, and the owner is very responsive. Also includes a large enclosed backyard area.

Great location

Had a couple minor issues. Host seemed very responsive. My main issue I will mention here is the male cologne smell on 2 of the pillows that really irritated me. The other items I’ll let the host know about. Overall a very nice place but needed a little more attention to detail.

Lovely clean cottage

The owners were very communicative, the property was lovely and clean. It had everything we needed with plenty of space and a beautiful outside space. This location was just a 5 minute walk to friends that live nearby so we look forward to booking again in the future. :)

Cute and convenient

House is very cute, well decorated and close to everything in Santa Rosa. Only complaint is that the heater made a lot of noise, made it hard to sleep.

Beautiful Cottage in a Great Location

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. We chose the cottage because the location was central for everything we wanted to see/do. The cottage looked exactly as it did in the listing. The check-in process was easy and the cottage was beautifully decorated. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked eith pots/pans/utensils. The backyard was lovely and having the grill was wonderful. Overall perefect for my husband and i to explore the area. We would recommend this cottage and would stay here again!

Great location and just the right size

The cottage was perfect size for 4 people (2 couples). Had all the essentials and a great little backyard set up! The location was great- walkable to downtown Santa Rosa restaurants, brewery, walking trail. A good jumping off point if you’re doing Sonoma wine touring too!

A pleasant stay

The cottage is easily accessible and attractive. It is also amply supplied to meet most needs. There is some noise from the restaurant next door that has garden seating for lunch and dinner, but the sounds of diners is mostly muffled. One plus for sure in that Starbucks is about two blocks away! Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Great Start to CA Trip

Cottage staycation

My husband, dog and I felt right at home here. The house was cozy, yet roomy for the 3 of us. We loved the French doors that led to the outside and took advantage of the firepit. Conveniently located downtown and the food at the Italian restaurant nextdoor was delicious! Despite there being a restaurant, it wasn't very noisy. Definitely will come back.
