Inom mycket nära närheten till de viktigaste attraktionerna i Montecito! "Miramar & Butterfly Beaches", det fantastiska "Rosewood Miramar Resort", "Biltmore Hotel" och "Montecito's Upper & Lower Villages".

Vår charmiga, nyrenoverade (2019) "Stuga i Montecito" erbjuder modern stil med avancerade finish. Uppmärksamhet ägnades åt att ge en enkel och ren layout. Det stora rummet har en ljus estetik utan röran eller onödig distraktion. Ett matbord på hightop har plats för fyra, med det öppna köket som ger stort utrymme för de utsedda kocken. Det enda sovrummet är utrustat med en bekväm dubbelsäng, TV och två garderober. Den / Entertainment-området är ett multifunktionsrum med full storlek Futon, skrivbord och stor platt-TV. Höghastighets WiFi tillhandahålls för att driva dina enheter.

Kommer du ner på gångvägen / stigen till stugan kommer du att märka en väldigt cool utomhusdusch, en röd murad uteplats m / matbord och trädgård. Ljuden från bäcken bakom stugan ger ofta en "naturgjord" vattenfunktion som lugnar själen. Två cyklar finns också för att utforska Montecito ... ha kul!

Med en mängd fina restauranger och shoppingalternativ besviker Montecito inte. Lokala favoriter som "Lucky's" och "The Honor Bar" är must try's. Coast Village Road har många high-end-butiker för att tillfredsställa shopparen. Den vackra staden Santa Barbara är Montecitos granne och öppnar dina alternativ utöver vad vi kan lista här. Så mycket att njuta av, du kanske måste stanna ett tag!

Always a great place to stay

we love staying here its a wonderful home everything about it is great, we were concerned about parking a second car but it turned out that your able to park in the street a few house down without any issues

Incredible stay in Montecito

Perfect week to relax after a Christmas rush! Close to trails, just minutes from Santa Barbara, and just up the street from the beach. Bike access was a plus for a cruise to popular spots. We will be back!

Location was great but the cottage was just ok considering the price. The shower was small and water pressure was abysmal. I have long thick hair and there was zero chance of being able to use that shower. So I spent the trip with dirty hair which was a huge bummer (blowout salons were all booked up)There were also not enough bath linens so I couldn't wash my face at night or shower properly. The kitchen looked great but we were not there to cook. Bedroom was comfortable but blackout shades would have helped Finally we loved how close the cottage was to the rosewood and Mirimar beach but walking on the loud road next the freeway to walk to town as not ideal.

Absolutely outstanding!

The cottage was wonderful. I loved the patio. Everything, the appliances, the layout, the bathroom, the bedding, and Martha exceeded expectations.

Montecito Cottage…great getaway

The cottage was great. Near lots of places, the beach and Santa Barbara. The cottage was comfortable and had all the major items one would need.

Excellent Stay

Highly recommend this place. Really fantastic location, private and very clean. Kitchen was quite nice with all amenities for cooking including a gas range. Will be back again!

Adorable Cottage

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage and found it to be larger than expected. The kitchen was super well appointed and the bedroom was quite large. It also felt super private for sharing the property with another house. Our 3 year old daughter slept in the den and we found the cottage to be very spacious for the three of us. The location was also fantastic! Would definitely stay again!

Cute, comfortable cottage

Nicely furnished and well kept. Had some problems with flashing lights and unmaintained bikes but management was very responsive to these problems. Location is a bit isolated and missed having either a bathtub or hot tub.

Lovely Property

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property by the creek. The surroundings are gorgeous, especially all of the amazing trees and plant surrounding the property! The inside is very comfortable and has everything a person would need. The property manager was easy to communicate with and promptly brought us needed items, such as coat hangers that were missing.

Delightful

Great location, neat and clean inside, and nicely decorated, and nicely landscaped outside. I am 6’4” and my only quibble would be bed is low to the floor as is some of the furniture. Absolutely would rent again. Rental is a 5-10 min walk to Miramar, which is an amazing place.

Great stay

Fully equipped kitchen with lots of room to work and appliances were in good working condition. I would only recommend adding a non-stick pan compatible spatula. How to use the futon as a bed was not clear but we figured it out dnd the futon was comfortable. For some reason a phone msg for assistance was never answered but it was not critical. Loved the neighborhood and close proximity to stores and restaurants was superb. Would definitely return. We had no idea the Montecito creek abutted the building but this was an added bonus at first with the white noise of a flowing creek. However there was a deluge during our stay which turned the creek into a muddy, roiling beast that was a little alarming and very loud . But cannot blame weather which will do what it will do. Might consider disclosing this in future however. Thanks for a fun stay!

Cute cottage surrounded by verdant landscaping

This cozy cottage is surprisingly spacious inside. In addition to the bedroom, the office/futon bonus area was a nice place for a 3rd guest to sleep. The outdoor seating area was very large, shaded, and a pleasant place to spend an afternoon. The landscaping was meticulous, pretty, and private. Miramar beach was a 5 minute walk down a quiet street. Overall, a great place to stay if looking for a quiet, cozy, serene place to stay with easy access to the beach.

Ideal Beach Guest House

We really enjoyed this house. It is a block to Miramar beach and very private. Montecito is beautiful. We explored on foot and by bike everyday. The gorgeous Rosewood Miramar is a 5 minute walk and a fabulous place for dinner and/or drinks. The restaurants and shopping on Coast Village Rd are a leisurely bike ride or nice walk away. We even to Summerland one morning for breakfast. The house decor is nice. The kitchen is spacious and has a nice washer/dryer. Note that all houses this close to the beach will be able to hear the commuter train because the tracks are just above the beach. This house is also on the creek. The frogs are super active at night. This house has a sound machine. I slept like a baby every night. My only complaint is that the mattress is too soft. It needs replacing. Otherwise, I highly recommend this house and will return.

Fun cottage next to Montecito Creek

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cottage. My wife and I stayed during February, and there was a fair amount of water running through the creek behind the cottage. What wonderful relaxing sounds to hear the rushing water -- I slept so well! The cottage is well appointed -- all the kitchenware was there -- there was not an item that we wished we had that was not there. Bed was very comfortable. Wunderlust folks who help manage the property were prompt in responding to my emails and requests -- fantastic all around. I would stay again for sure.

Short Montecito Stay

This property was delightful. It was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, the wifi was great (my wife and I both worked remotely) and the location was great. The outside sitting area under a tremendous oak tree was particularly nice. The only negative is that you could hear hiway 101 at night, but it was relatively distant and did not bother us. We certainly want to return.

Beautiful cottage

Lovely cottage in great location. Bright and airy. Perfect stay for my spouse and six year old. Enjoyed walking to beach. Internet was spotty because of work on lines but property manager was super responsive and communicative. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Property!

The location can't be beat and the cottage is very charming. Kitchen was well stocked and the courtyard was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. Some bedding was missing but the management company took care of it promptly. I would definitely recommend to others and look forward to returning.
