Great house away from the noise

We purposefully stayed in this house because it was convenient to pine island while keeping us away from the traffic of Southeast Cape Coral where we normally stay this time of year. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Quick getaway

The house was nice just as described. I would not rent from a management company again like evolve. Had to call three times to try to get an early check in and then when they said it was OK it was too late. My assigned contact did not return my calls. I had to call the main number a few times. They were helpful thank goodness. The washing machine did not work correctly as well as the ice machine. The bath towels were dingy and stained and I could not report it because it was pointless.

Just as Pictured!

Lovely property. Tastefully decorated and well-stocked kitchen. Patio/Pool enclosure was spacious with plenty of seating. We enjoyed many evenings playing games and relaxing.

Good

Property was clean, pool was nice. Floors needed to be mopped. Had an issue with garage door not opening, manager resolved quickly. Dishwasher did not work, issue was not resolved. Texted manager a few times back & forth, then did not hear anything back. We just left the washer loaded & didn’t run it before we left because it would not turn on. Being on the water was nice, kayaks were great! Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Excellent house on canal

Excellent house! New furnishings, very clean, lots of little extras including new fishing poles, tackle, a rolling cooler in beach chairs. Countertop icemaker was an excellent addition. We would love to rebook for next year but it’s already reserved.

Great home could use a few fixes

For reference, we have stayed as a family in other Cape Coral rental homes over the years, so we knew what to expect. Some of the pros: Location along the canal Photos were accurate to how the house looks/features.Having kayaks/paddles/life vests was great, we all enjoyed this feature.Cons:There's a hot tub (not pictured on this listing), which was a great surprise. However, it needs to be maintained. We found it dirty with several rocks/debris in it. It also gave us an "HH" error code twice, while the temperature was cold. A quick search online showed it had to do with the filter. But, we are on vacation, why should we be dealing with this, and it not be maintained properly by the rental company? Another problem was the screen door (as you exit the home to the right) does not close properly no matter what you do. What does this mean? Getting bit by mosquitoes and no-see-ums at dusk. I would definitely fix this promptly as it really negatively impacted our activities during the time the biting insects were most active. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, the washer and dryer might need some maintenance. On our first cycle with the washer, it never locked and therefore did not wash the clothes properly. On the second time it did. Similar experience with the dryer, the first time it was set, the machine did not even get warm. We set it a second time, this time using the timer feature, and that's when our clothes really dried. Other than the above mentioned cons, it really is a great home to stay in Cape Coral. Loved the location. The home is spacious enough to where we had 7 people staying, and plenty of space. Well stocked kitchen. Would we stay again? Yes... But hopefully the above items are fixed.

Cape Coral Get Away

The house was beautiful and perfect for me and my retired spouse and 2 brothers to come visit some family in the area. We came right after hurricane Milton. We had an early morning flight on Sunday so I called the property manager on Friday morning to make sure we would be able to stay. I then had to call her again at 5:00 pm Saturday because she had not gotten back to me and our flight was leaving very early the next morning. The house did have some problems with bugs, but the exterminator came later that week in which he also found bugs. The grill was dirty, the internet box was dead, (took 2 days to replace), no wi-fi, and very limited supplies. Even the check-in letter mentioned that the welcome book was currently outdated. There was exactly 1 towel and wash cloth per person, no dish rags and only 2 dish towels in the whole place. We immediately had to go to the store so that we could get TP, Paper towels and garbage bags, etc. The check in letter stated that a guest welcome kit which contained paper products and other convenient essentials would be waiting. There was not one and we even had to fill an empty soap dispenser in the bathroom as soon as we arrived at the home. The house is beautiful and honestly, I would stay there again, but wanted others to be aware of some of the things we dealt with upon our arrival.

Very comfortable home.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The home is very nicely decorated and clean. The pool and lanai are very nice, we enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings sitting out there and it was very nice to have the lagoon in the backyard, my daughter and fiance enjoyed using the kayaks. The kitchen has all the basics in it; however the pans need to be replaced, the nonstick coating is all scratched up and wearing off (not healthy to cook with). The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to shops, restaurants and bars. Overall, a very nice home and it was a very pleasant stay.

So dog friendly!

Most likely due to the hurricane damage, a few things were not what we hoped. The pool was not heated & there was a lot of debris. That said, the house and set up were perfect for our stay with our dog! Fenced in yard, quiet/easy walking neighborhood… Kitchen had anything/everything we needed. And the management company responded quickly when the pool needed to be cleaned..

Beautiful property but...

House and location were perfect!!! Spacious. New mattress is needed in the master. It was covered in pills so I laid down another blanket to lay on. Don't care much for the rental company Evolve. Their check in and check out hours are ridiculous. Check in at 4 and check out at 10am!?!?!? Not really willing to work with you on times when no one is booking the property after us. We paid for 6 days but it feels like 5. They threatened us with calling the cops if we weren't out by noon. Really? Loved the house, rental company 👎

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist an einer guten Lage. Das Pool war herrlich, haben dieses oft benutzt. Auch das Kajakfahren im Kanal hat Spass gemacht. Die Fischerausrüstung mussten wir zuerst reparieren bevor wir sie benutzen konnten. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit riesigem Kühlschrank. Den Grill haben wir nicht benutzt. Können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

AMAZING

What a lovely home to be shared. Spacious, clean, sleek, and stylish! The beds were so very comfortable, the bed linens where light and airy, perfect for those late evenings spent out on the most amazing covered patio, overlooking a spacious pool and beautiful canal. My family and I had the MOST AMAZING vacation stay here! Would recommend anyone to book through this company and stay at this beautiful home.

Perfect family vacation

We had a great time spending a week here. It was the perfect vacation home for our large family. Felt very quiet and private the whole week we were there. large covered deck for staying out of the sun right beside the beautiful pool with lanai right on the water, dock with kayaks and fishing. Easy to use central air. House was well equipped with basics. Property manager was quick with responses for any questions. If we come to this area again we would definitely stay here if available. Thank you!

Great Floor Plan

We truly enjoyed our stay, accommodations met our needs for 9 adults (utilizing a rollaway). A couple of thoughts for the owners; be very clear about pool temp, advertised as heated, this is true, but solar heating did not heat pool to an acceptable swimming temp (with outdoor temps in 70s). We had issues with the locking mechanism on the sliding glass doors, very difficult to align for locking. It took multiple attempts every time we were locking the doors. With a group of 9 we were short on towels and coffee cups, this was immediately resolved when we reached out to the property management team. Overall our stay met our needs, for our group we would probably not rent again due to pool temperature, if this is not important to you, highly recommend.

Nice property

The house was clean, comfortable and as represented. Owner needs to replace garbage disposal - did not work and kitchen sink was slow to drain. Otherwise, the house and pool were very nice.
