Lyxig nyrenoverad fristående bostad i Waipahihi Bay, 3 minuters promenad från sjön och 4 minuters bilresa från centrala Taupo. Lovely Stay

The unit was peaceful and private, and we felt very much at home. Jeremy was a kind and welcoming host and we felt very comfortable. The location was wonderful - just a short walk to the lakeside and cafe, and close enough to town you could walk. Highly tecommended

No privacy

The bed was clean and comfortable. Owner living on site and found reasons to come insde our unit while we were there.No privacy and no comfortable outside area.

Comfortable apartment, great location

This was a nice apartment and only a short walk to the lake. Quiet and comfortable. Nicely appointed kitchen, featuring a full size fridge with an ice maker! Jeremy was a delight and a breeze to work with as our host!

Taupo stay

We spent two nights at this property and from the onset the communication was very good. Jeremy was helpful providing information.The apartment had all amenities listed however it did not appear to have been professionally cleaned. A lot of the kitchen appliances and utensils were old as was the furniture.Having the use of two bicycles was a nice bonus. The location was close to the lake trails but you did need a car to get anywhere else.

Lodging and Hospitality were fabulous

This is a sweet little apartment with everything you nees for a comfortable stay and so close to Lake Taupo. You can walk a couple hundred yards to a hot beach and path along the lake. The best thing about this place is the warm and friendly host. We loves our stay

Great Location

A modern, clean and comfortable apartment with absolutely all necessities. Great being so close to the lake and walking paths around it. Luckily for me Jeremy had a fold-up dog fence for my disobedient little dog, otherwise I’m sure I would have been leaving Taupo without her!!! I hope to stay there again next year.

Perfectly located

We had s as n excellent stay. The apartment is clean and modern, and perfectly located between the township and popular lake walks and swimming spots. Jeremy(host) was very helpful and accommodating.

Relaxed stay in Taupo

Loved the quiet and secluded courtyard with the view of the lake while also being sheltered from the wind. Safe for our little dog to have a wander as well. Location was great with a short drive into Taupo town. Bed was very clean and comfortable and we slept very well during our stay. We would happily stay agin!

Very welcoming host and great directions given. A few tweaks would make the place more comfortable as it is maybe time for an update of some of the appliances and streamline what furniture is required in the room so it would be a little more spacious. A tea towel would be a handy addition in the kitchen. Overall a lovely quiet clean and tidy place to stay. Much appreciated, thanks Jeremy.

lovely lazy stay

Just what we need for a 5 day break in Taupo. Very quiet, comfortable and a lovely part view of the lake. A short walk to the lake shore which connects to a walkway around some of the bays and if you turn right and walk for 30 minutes it takes you to mini golf, slightly further to the main Taupo shopping and restaurant hub Such a gorgeous walk. A short drive to De Bretts thermal pools. A great place for the 3 of us.

Great value tidy apartment

Great little place for dad or mum with the two kids. Very tidy and all the things you need. If you're going to Taupo with the kids (especially if it rains) I recommend the AC Baths, life saver on a rainy day with a 5 and 7yo in tow. Thanks for a great stay Jeremy. (Hot tip - leave your car out front as Jeremy says - it's not easy getting out.)

Mini getaway perfection

First of all thank you to Jeremy your a wonderful host and it was a pleasure meeting! The little place had everything we needed (Mum dad 1 child and 1 small/med dog) comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and a great shower plus an extra bonus we could take Roxy (our dog) Taupo is very dog friendly! Location was great too. Highly recommend 2 miles sailing club and Ernerst Kemp charter boat (Both dog friendly as well!) We will definitely be back to stay!

Recently widowed. We built a new 3 bedroom house on site, and in 2019 I completely gutted and renovated the attached apartment. Self standing one large bedroom , one bathroom, plus generous kitchen / living space , very fully outfitted. New insulation , plumbing, electric wiring , the apartment has two large sliding windows opening onto a courtyard. Car parking and garage and access for a small car. Larger car suggest park out front. I love hosting and have been in the travel business all my life, so looking after people is a natural interest.

Located very centrally....2.5kms walk to centre of Taupo. View of the lake and across the lake to Mounts Ruapehu, Tongariro and Ngauruhoe. ( Not from the apartment which faces onto a courtyard.) Easy access to the main highway, and all facilities of Taupo, but peaceful location in a safe cul de sac.
