Denna underbara 2 nivå Cape ligger i Bonnet Shores, en av de bästa pittoreska, förtrollande stranden och båtliv samhällen i hela Rhode Island. Bara 1 km från avskild Kelly Beach. Perfekt för stora familjer eller två familjer som reser tillsammans. Rymmer upp till 10 personer. 2 natt minimum för början av juni datum. 7 natt minimum (lör - lör) förra veckan i juni till augusti.

På huvudvåningen finns ett fullt utrustat kök och matplats, allrum med plattskärms-TV och dvd-spelare, 2 sovrum och badrum med. Skjutreglage öppnas ut till ett stort däck med gasgrill, utemöbler och rymlig platt bakgård. På andra våningen finns två stora sovrum och ytterligare badrum. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns på lägre nivå. Hemmet inkluderar luftkonditionering enheter i varje sovrum, kabel och Wi-Fi.

Bonnet Shores ligger idealiskt vid norra änden av Narragansett. Promenera, jogga eller cykla 5K-loopen genom Bonnet förbi enastående utsikt över Ocean och Narragansett Bay.

Den mjuka sanden på Kelly Beach är preparerad regelbundet och håller den orörd för sina besökare. En kort promenad går till en av de finaste privata stränderna i New England med vacker utsikt över Atlanten och kusten. Livräddare är på tjänst under sommaren. Det finns ingen allmän parkering vid Kelly Beach, men det är tillåtet att ha en cykelhållare, en cykelställ finns tillgänglig och pendelservice är tillgänglig på helgerna som börjar den 1 juli. Detta håller stranden mindre trångt eftersom det bara är tillgängligt för Bonnet Shores invånare och gäster. Kelly Beach ligger 1 mil från huset (ca 20 min promenad).

En kort bilresa Syd leder till Narragansett offentliga stränder, landmärke Towers och havsvägg, ett pulserande centrum och den aktiva fiskehamnen i Point Judith där du kan köpa färsk fisk och skaldjur direkt från bryggorna eller ta färjan till Block Island. Nord längs 1A leder till hamnen i Wickford och broarna till Jamestown och Newport.

Relaxing and Clean

Right at home!

From the moment of arrival we felt right at home in this darling cottage that was a nice walk to Kelly Beach in Bonnet Shores. The house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. There are two beach chairs included but if you need more there are plentiful stores nearby. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

Excellent time!

We had a wonderful family reunion for new year's. The beach was beautiful and the water was cold. We explored Newport as well as Providence and took turns cooking in the well stocked kitchen. It was great that there was a Catholic church right around the corner, too. Thank you, Sarah, for helping us to create wonderful memories together. We hope to be back!

beach house weekend

This house is located right near Kelly beach (we walked without our beach stuff it is a fun night walk). The beaches are gorgeous and the house does not disappoint. The outdoor shower is extremely clean and functional. The house was clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. I would recommend this property as it is in a great location to the beaches and Newport for night life.

Great location for a beach vacation with friends

The house had plenty of room for our two families. It had lots of beach accessories for us to use and everything else we needed. Kelly beach was close and a great option for us having kids. The neighborhood was great and it was super close to plenty of other ventures out to shops and food. Would definitely come back :)

Wonderful getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bonnet Shores. The house was as advertised, very clean, beds reasonably comfortable. The check-in process was seamless. Communication with Sarah was great. She went out of her way to make sure we had all the info we needed and provided lots of useful tips on the area. One update that is not noted on the site but might be useful for future renters: there are now 2 bikes available at the house. (We were pleased to learn that since the local bike rental place is closed for 2020 due to COVID-19.)

Great week!

This house had everything we needed for a great week and we appreciated not having to lug towels, sheets, and sand toys so much! The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with the luxuries of home and made our week so much easier from a packing perspective. Sarah was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Kelly Beach although gorgeous and our favorite of all the choices the walk from the house is challenging to get to. No sidewalks! A bike or two stored at the house would take this property to the next level. As a family this was our first time to Rhode Island and we loved how it didn't feel touristy and the traffic (or lack there of) was incredible. We expected a lot worse being regular Maine vacationers. Overall, amazing week at a great house!!! Thank you Sarah.

Great, clean property with lots of sleeping room.

This property was completely as described, we loved our stay! The house was clean and we loved having the two baths so that upstairs guests could have their own space. The outdoor shower is clean and private, and there was even a little storage tent for our bike. We felt the beach was too long of a walk, but managed it easily with drop-offs and one of us taking the bike back.

Great Home away from home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in your vacation home. The house was very clean, well appointed and located perfectly for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! We had access to some beach chairs, a cooler, an awesome wagon to use to transport beach equipment, beach toys and boogie boards! Sarah (the owner) was great to work with, extremely responsive. The only cons were that it was definitely too long of a walk to Kelly Beach for us with all our beach paraphernalia, however, we did get dropped off there a few times and did enjoy the beach very much. There are lots of great beaches in the area that can be accessed for a nominal fee and were easier for us to maneuver. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Owner/Location!

Sarah was great and extremely helpful in making our stay one to remember! This property was in a perfect location for us, we went down the beach during the day and made reservations for dinner at the Coast Guard House the first night. Block Island the following day and dinner at the house on the back deck, which was perfect! We also made it out to Newport for a wonderful night life experience! We had a great time on our trip and we would absolutely consider renting this property again in the future. We felt right at home and the house was super cute with plenty of room for all of us! The property was clean, perfect for a family of 4. Easy access to the beach, and so close to Narragansett and Newport. The bonus is Brickley's Ice Cream down the street. House cam with linens so easy for those traveling from far away places. Thanks for a great week.

Cute, clean beach weekend house

I absolutely loved this home! It was in such a quiet location with easy access to the main road to get into downtown Narragansett and a short drive from Newport. My sister and I had a lovely time with our friends for a relaxing girls weekend. We loved being able to grill and enjoy dinner out on the deck. There were plenty of large bedrooms and beds for everyone. The two full bathrooms were a huge plus. Everything was very clean when we arrived. I liked that the kitchen had all of the plates, cups, and utensils that we needed. We had a perfect weekend. I would highly recommend this house and would stay again in the future!

Great time was had by all

Although now living out of state, I was born and raised in the Ocean State and will always be a Rhode Islander at heart! As a child I spent many summers at local beaches making long lasting memories with family and friends. As an adult with a family of 5 I'm grateful to have the opportunity to make new RI summer memories with my husband and 3 kids. RI will always hold a special place in my heart.

We love this house because of its easy access to so many great beaches. The closest beach is just a one mile walk or bike ride! We are also a short drive to the Narragansett Town beach, State Beaches, Newport, Jamestown, Block Island Ferry and Westerly Beaches.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our house is on the corner of a quiet residential lane and has a nice flat back yard for the kids to run around in. The large deck allows us to have most of our meals outside and enjoy the beautiful summertime weather as much as we can! There is an outside shower on the side of the house with hot and cold water. This is the perfect place to rinse off after a visit to the beach!
