Bonnet Shores är en vacker strand gemenskap med charmen i New England, har sin croissant stranden enastående utsikt över Narragansett Bay. Njut härliga promenader längs Bonnet Point, Little och Kelly stränder. Bonnet stränder ligger fem minuter från Narragansett Pier, bara 15 minuters resa till Newport. Ferrys ligger bara tio minuter norr eller söder om Bonnet och kan ta dig till antingen Marthas vingård eller Block Island.
Vårt hem är en stor 5 sovrum, upp ranch. Fullt möblerad diskmaskin, kylskåp, spis, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, kabel-TV. Däck med bord och stolar, uteplats, inhägnad gård med volleybollnät och hästsko gropar! Finns för veckovis eller månadsvis hyra för juni, juli och augusti. Perfekt för två familjer att dela med 2 sovrum på lägre nivå, badrum och vardagsrum. 3 sovrum på övervåningen med badrum, kök, matplats och allrum. 1 mil från Kelly stranden (privat strand för Bonnet Shores). Gratis helgbuss till Kelly Beach plockar du upp precis framför huset. Enkel åtkomst till Narragansett stranden. Stora sommarlovet. Boka tidigt för att säkerställa tillgänglighet. Sommar uthyrningsgraden: $ 1600 / wk icke semester (inklusive skatter redan.). 4 juli vecka: $ 2000 / wk Läsåret hyra @ $ 650 / rum / månad. We loved it! The house was amazing & we loved the area. We went to the beach (Kelly) almost every day. It was an easy 25 minute walk back after dropping off all the kids & beach stuff. We used the shuttle on weekends. Plenty of space & parking. Great fenced in back yard. Great coffee shops & ice cream close by. The beach was our favorite - it was so clean and small, not over crowded & loved how the kids could play sports on the beach & paddle boarding. We can't wait to go back!

Great Vacation

House was very clean, spacious and well stocked for a fun family vacation. Walkability to stores, coffee shops and ice cream was an added bonus.

We had a great time in this house. The location is wonderful and there is plenty of space for the kids to hang out downstairs. Proximity to the beaches was great. We did not take advantage of the private Bonnet Shores beach but that is because you cannot park there- you have to walk over and with kids, that was not going to work. But the beach is gorgeous and we hope to one get back to visit it! A great walk for folks who are not bringing a lot to the beach. There is also a shuttle on the weekends to that beach. Food choices are excellent! A huge surprise was how amazing the local Linda's diner was. 2 mins away from Baron's ice cream was also a huge hit.

Fantastic property!!!

This property was even more beautiful than in the pictures shown. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with everything you could possibly need. This home is beautifully maintained and I would recommend to anyone that would like to stay in this area.

Great property!

The house was very well appointed and appeared newly renovated with nice upgrades! Everything worked great, and the proximity to the beach was perfect for us. Great house!

Check-in seamless . Kitchen was fully loaded, can’t say enough of how appreciative I was of the amount of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Cooking was delightful. Nice grill as well. Beautiful neighborhood, very quiet, nice big back yard.

Great family property

Very family friendly property. Convenient location to visit the Zoo, beaches and aquariums. Being up the street from Brickley’s Ice Cream was a special bonus. Many great options for dining and a 2 minute drive to Dunkin’. Having an outdoor grill and fire pit were great assets. Free access to Kelly beach was also a nice add-on. We would highly recommend this property.

What a treasure this house is! Excellent, timely communication with host. Large space with tons of towels & beach chairs. Kitchen stocked with anything you would need, we cooked a meal every night. Very comfy beds & central AC very comfy temp inside. Back yard is totally fenced so very relaxing with my grandchildren. Close to beautiful beaches & Jamestown & Newport. We all loved the space

Nice house for 2 familys

The house is exactly what it says. Nice rasied ranch with 5 bedrooms. It was clean, spacious with a big back yard. Lynn got back to me quickly with any questions.

Very nice stay

The cottage was very nice and well stocked. With 6 children and 4 adults there was plenty of room (the children were in the lower level and adults upstairs most of the time). It was near everything and even within walking distance to many places/businesses. The only negatives were the lack of a hot tub which was in the listing and the location/accessibility of Kelley Beach. Dropping off and picking up 10 people (2 cars) with all of the ”baggage” involved was a bit difficult. Walking to the beach was a bit too difficult. We went to the Town Beach most days (some days after 5:00pm for free). We had a very nice stay and having all my children together was great!

This house was perfect for our family! Right off the main road made it easy to get anywhere we wanted quickly and easily. The fenced in backyard was a huge plus for our kids to play in. House is exactly as listed and the host were great! When we come back, this will be the first place we look for!

Great place to stay!

Very relaxing place! Quiet neighborhood! (With acception of the road behind the house) Very clean inside the house, and on the property. The 3 Upstairs bedrooms had air conditioning, but the 2 downstairs did not so it was a little hot downstairs, but not bad! Short drive to town and beaches!

Narragansett retreat

This home was so perfect for me and my grandchildren all over 18. We each had our own rooms and it was very spacious with the cathedral ceilings in the living room/dining room/kitchen area. There was seating for 6, a deck with seating for 4 and a dining table in the yard for 6 people. The 5 bedrooms 3 full size beds and two queen bedrooms were perfect for 6 adults. Two full baths one on each level. Big back yard with yard games. Perfect location about 15 minutes to everything you want to do in Rhode Island. We will return to this wonderful home. Thank you Lynn and Kevin it was a delight to rent from you.
