Vårt hem sitter i ett idealiskt läge på 14: e hålet i Prospector Golf Course med en kort promenad till lodgen och Swiftwater Winery. Det är 2460 kvm, 2 sovrum 2. 5 badrum planlösning, med en unik bonus / våningssäng rum, är redo för din nästa familj sammankomst, damer weekend eller golf resa. Hemmet har ett stort rum med flytande golv till tak öppen spis komplett med en monterad 65 tums kabel-TV, DVD och bekväma möbler. Vardagsrummet har en Nana-vägg som öppnar till ett täckt område komplett med sittplatser och gasbrunn. Kockstil köket är öppet för det stora rummet och matsalen och har ett 48-tums gasutrymme, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, kvartsdiskar och kökshjälpkylskåp.

Njut av middagar runt vårt konversationsåterställda träbord med plats för 10, köket har plats för 4 eller huvudet ute till uteplatsområdet för en bbq där det finns plats för 6.

När det är dags att gå och lägg dig, slappna av i komfort i vår stora huvudvåningen mästare med kung säng, Pottery Barn duvet sängkläder och väggmonterad 49 tums tv med Netflix, stort badrum med dubbla handfat och regndusch dusch.

Upstairs quest rum har en bekväm queen size-säng med Pottery Barn duvet sängkläder och 40 tums väggmonterad tv med Netflix och ett eget badrum. Också på andra våningen är vårt unika bonusrum / våningssäng rum med 4 enkelsängar och en drottning amerikansk läderdragbar soffa. Alla sängar har dammsängkläder från Pottery Barn. Detta område har också ett biljardbord, kontorsutrymme, DVD, Xbox, 49 tums TV med kabel.

Efter en rolig dag utanför kan du komma in på det inomhus genom en sidodörrsladd komplett med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns parkering i vår uppfart för 6 fordon (ingen garage tillgång). Vårt hem rymmer högst 10 personer.

**** Vi kan inte erbjuda tillgång till simma och fitnesscenter vid denna tidpunkt på grund av resortbestämmelser som inte står under vår kontroll. Du kommer inte att debiteras en $ 75 nattlig semesteravgift med detta hus. Pass är tillgängliga för Glade Springs Spa som har 4 mineralpooler, bastur och ångbastu. Vi är inom gångavstånd till spa.

Amazing housr

Amazing house and close to inn and lodge which is where we needed to be for a family wedding. Everything is walkable and the location is perfect. The house and views are also fantastic. House owners were very easy to communicate with and would highly recommend!

Summer starter vacation

We stayed at this property with our friends. We had a total of 3 kids and 4 adults. The property was a wonderful get-a-way for all. It was comfortable, well stocked and allotted for creation of cherished memories. The property owners were attentive and very responsive. Definitely, a place to return to!

Perfect Place to Get Away!

We have stayed in Suncadia many times, but this was probably our favorite! The hosts were so welcoming and the house was even better than the pictures! We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, watching birds, deer and enjoying the fire! The house is very clean and had everything we needed! Our boys favorite part was the built in bunk beds with reading lights. We would love to come back again!

Beautiful home on Golf Course

This home was exceptionally clean and well stocked with any needed amenities. Covered rear Patio was very nice with the gas fire pit and view of the golf course. Owners communication was A++. Beautiful home :)

Fantastic Stay with Family and Friends

This property is perfect! Two families stayed here with four children ranging in ages from 5 to 10. The house was the cleanest short-term rental we've ever stayed in and the location was fantastic. A great backyard with views of the golf course and a spacious patio. Very close proximity to Suncadia amenities and walking paths. We didn't want to leave and would seek out this property again in the future!

This is the most well stocked location we have ever stayed at. It is even better than the pictures show (which was already nice looking). We had everything we needed for a thanksgiving meal, spices included. We were able to immediately settle in and enjoy rather than check in and go to the market for a million things that are easily stocked at a VRBO when the owners are great. Would highly recommend this location. Thank you for sharing your home!

Suncadia Stay

The house was just as charming as the photos. Design details were high end and unique. We most enjoyed the outdoor living space. We so appreciated the very well stocked kitchen including olive oil, vinegar, and condiments that can be a hassle to pack in. Fresh flowers and homemade cookies were a lovely touch.

Beautiful home with everything you need

My group of five adults felt comfortable and pampered in this home! Barbara was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was even nicer than in the pictures, probably one of the best rentals we've stayed in. The house was in great condition, spacious and had so many items to meet our needs. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and the view from the patio was lovely. Suncadia was a peaceful place to relax, and staying at this property will help ensure a great vacation.

Great space for a family gathering!!

Surprised by the open-ness of the common space on first floor... perfect for a larger gathering. Kitchen so well appointed and open --- large island, again perfect for entertaining. We really appreciated the panel of door that opened up the main livingroom to the back patio! Master was very comfortable, and upstairs bunk room had a surprise pool table! Fun! Thanks for the hospitality!

great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the house was very clean and the communication was also great. No complaints. My only concern was that we have a few toddlers with us and there were a lot of personal affects and breakables that we had to put up until our stay was over. Maybe not the best place as is for little children, but not a knock on the house at all.

Amazing home and wonderful hospitality

When looking for a home that could sleep 6-8, we found this gem. Both the house and its setting on the golf course were amazing, with amenties such as a pool table, an Xbox, a fire pit, and fresh baked cookies. The owners were equally lovely as well staying in communication along the way and setting expectations (both ways) for the experience. Highly recommend staying here and will hopefully have the chance to do so again in the future.

A Beautiful Retreat!

This property was beautifully decorated, clean and had plenty of comfortable spaces to relax. There were many special touches like freshly baked chocolate chip cookies waiting for us when we arrived! The home was light and bright and had a great layout with a fantastic patio including a gas fire pit and comfortable patio furniture. A view of the golf course added to the appeal. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home and wonderful service

This home is beyond perfect. I actually didn't want to leave and told my husband many times this was my dream home. This home has everything you need and very comfortable. Barbara is wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable in her home. We can't wait to go back. I've stayed in many homes in Suncadia over the years and this is our absolute favorite!

We discovered Suncadia on a vacation in 2008 and fell in love with it. It's proximity to all of Washington is wonderful! We started bringing our family here and eventually decided to build a home. When we are not in residence we would love to share our property with you. Our family and friends have enjoyed many gatherings here from golf trips to anniversary celebrations, girls weekends, birthdays and even our daughters wedding. The resort itself has so much to offer in the way of activities and restaurants, while the surrounding area offers lakes, hiking, wonderful proximity to Eastern Washington destinations and Roslyn/Cle Elum. It's a very special spot anytime of the year!!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The favorite part of our home is it's location (14th holed of Prospector) and main indoor/outdoor living area. The home is designed with windows everywhere which creates picture windows to the outdoors. Our main living area has a floating fireplace and Nana Wall which opens to a covered area with a fire pit and outdoor seating. Our family has spent many an evening gathered around the fires talking, enjoying a movie while curled up on our over sized sofa or cooking and eating in our large kitchen. Our unique bunk room/bonus room is enjoyed by all those looking for a little pool challenge, card game or family/friend chat time. This house is a great gathering spot! We also enjoy walking everywhere. Even Roslyn is a short trail walk and the winery, lodge and Inn are just a short walk (including a great sledding hill). Suncadia hosts many special events from concerts to backyard bbq's, to special holiday events. There is something for everyone here!!
