Stor familj hyra. Tre sovrum ett badrum lägenhet med utsikt över havet från den, sovrummet och främre balkongen. Trädgolv av körsbärsträ löper genom den ljusa och soliga enheten. En dubbelsäng, en dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar finns i huset. Bäddsoffan är en utdragbar. Vi erbjuder sängkläder och handdukar i bostadsrätt för användning medan du är där. Very quiet and relaxing during the offseason. Nice view and sound of the ocean from the front balcony. Decorated very nicely! Equipped with everything you would need for vacation. Very easy place to find with plenty of parking options. Shawn and Rosemary are excellent hosts with great communication and they make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. If you’re going to visit Avalon we would highly recommend booking here!

Shawn is a great host, very responsive. Check-in process was seamless. The unit is in a great location for accessing the beach and for walking to restaurants in downtown Avalon.

The pictures don’t do the property justice. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need for a stay at the beach. The beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect.

Great Vacation Stay

We had a mini family vacation and this unit was perfect for us. 4 adults and 3 kids under 10 years old. There was enough room for all of us, the unit is well stocked, and the location is perfect. Easy walking distance to the beach, playground, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The owner is super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our group. We would definitely stay here again, and you should too!

Beachfront, convenient and well done!

First the owner has been fantastic! Very communicative and helpful. The place itself is practical, clean, well appointed and nicely decorated. I would absolutely book here again.

Just what we needed

Another excellent stay

We have made a tradition of staying here Thanksgiving weekend. The hosts are attentive, responsive, and concerned that we have a comfortable stay. The unit's location can't be beat. We enjoyed the sunrise each morning. Playground and boardwalk steps away. Dune drive very close so we could walk over and enjoy the weekend's festivities. Unit is well stocked, nicely decorated, and well cared for.

Avalon getaway in the Fall

The porch was the perfect place to sit and watch the sunrise over the ocean. Condo was peaceful and well stocked. Locaton to the downtown or beach was perfect for walking. There were lots of games, books and DVD for those wanting to just relax. All beach necessities available. Owner Shawn was very responsive to any questions and offered suggestions on where to eat. It was the perfect place for a Fall getaway.

Perfect Spot

This was a perfect spot for our family. Perfectly situated to the beach, the playground, and town! The condo was exactly what we needed and we loved sitting out at night to listen to the sound of the ocean!

Ladies’ Weekend 2024

The perfect spot for a ladies’ weekend getaway. Very close to the beach and the house had everything we needed. The host was very attentive to any questions we had and had great suggestions for dinners out. We will return!
