Great property in a perfect location. Communication with host was outstanding - everything from pre-check in instructions to follow-up once we arrived. House was very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will gladly stay there again next time.

A perfect home for the holidays

This home could not have been better. The owner has created a wonderful place to spend a vacation. With holiday decorations, little touches like bottles of water, branded chocolates and a tin of holiday treats. The neighborhood was fantastic with many restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within minutes. We would definitely stay again.

Phoenix Open

Nice Place - Friendly and helpful host. The only issue I have is the fact that I had to leave each morning to get coffee. There was a coffee maker, grinder etc. but no coffee!! Who wants to buy coffee to only be there a few days. Buying a Kureg and stocking up in some of the K cups can't be that big of a deal in the scheme of things. Also the incorrect home was shown on the VRBO add.

Great house, great location!

This house was great for us and our two kids (5 and 7). The pool was nice, the backyard was fun to play in, there were toys and games, and the neighborhood was quiet. Just a short drive to lots of stuff (restaurants, movie theaters, grocery stores) and only 10 minutes to great hiking at McDowell Sonoran Preserve. The house is really well stocked for an effortless vacation!

Perfect place!

We came home yesterday from our 5-night stay, and our 3-year old said he wanted to go back to the house with the "yellow door"! It was an amazing place for our family of 4. The house provided everything we needed and had many personal touches, including a fun care package on arrival. The kids loved the backyard, as well as all other areas of the house. It's a great location and easy to get anywhere you need. Thanks for the great stay!!

Amazing house!

Owners communication and accommodations were top notch. House was absolutely perfect. The backyard and patio area are incredible for little kids! Close to so many restaurants, stores, and a cute park for the Littles. We will absolutely be back!!!

Exceptional house

We chose this house based on the many 5 star reviews it had and we were not disappointed. The house is superb; clean, well maintained, ideal location, everything we wanted. The owners do an excellent job of setting it up for renters, great instructions, well stocked kitchen, it was a stress free rental and we really felt like we were at home.

Fun in the Sun

This property was very well equipped, maintained, and functional for all kinds of activities around the house. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and the turf, and the shaded back porch and table to eat meals at was amazing!

Loved, loved, loved this house

This house was perfection for us and our trip. Spotless, so many perfect details and exactly like the pictures. We had so much fun in the heated pool, sitting by the fire table and eating on the patio. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this house.

Best family rental!!!

This is by far the BEST Phx rental we've ever had!! The owner is so thoughtful and thorough, she has everything a family would want or need from games, to pool toys, to yard activities, to coloring, to a waffle maker for fun breakfasts. An absolute must for an family to stay at. My family asked if we can come back the next time we visit our grandparents.

Wonderful

I would recommend this house to anyone with a young family interested in staying in the area. The host was very friendly and responsive to all issues that arose. The home was clean and had many conveniences that you typically don’t get in a vacation home. You will clearly feel comfortable and welcomed. 5 stars!

Would love to return

This is a well-equipped and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood close to anything you could need. Good amenities, welcome treats, and great communication. We would have loved to use the pool but the heating fee was astronomical. Other than that, a perfect stay. :)

Scottsdale Trip

Outstanding. Host was terrific. House clean and well-equipped. Beds were comfortable and the house layout was great. Given the cold weather, didn't get to enjoy the backyard as we had planned. Nice to have a rental were the little things are provided (like salt and pepper/spices, aluminum foil etc..). Enjoyed and appreciated the snack basket. Would stay here again.

The Perfect Getaway!

Our week at Yellow Door was perfect! Lana, our host, was very accommodating and the communication was excellent. The house is clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds. My favorite part was the backyard and fenced in pool- so nice not to have to worry about the little people. The outside TV was a huge plus for watching basketball! We loved the location- close to Old Town and Kierland. The gift basket and numerous thoughtful touches were great, and really make this place special. There were indoor and outdoor toys for the 3year old and 1 year old, and we appreciated the attention to detail. We were sorry to leave and hope to come back!

Our best rental experience to date!

Yellow Door is absolutely charming -- the house, the yard, the pool, the furnishings and the location are perfect! The house was well-stocked with laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. AND well-stocked with kitchen gear, towels, linens, etc. There were games, pool inflatables, corn-hole, etc. The owners checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. They are truly the best people we've ever rented from. They should run a master class on how to do vacation rentals. Absolutely fantastic!

Spring in Scottsdale

Our stay in this property was very nice! The property was better than advertised and the pictures don't do it justice. We spent a lot of time just hanging out enjoying the pool and backyard area. We ate most meals outside on the picnic table when the weather cooperated. Our host was very helpful and communication was very good when needed. Lana was able to let us a late checkout on the day we left which wasn't expected, but very much appreciated. The property was clean, comfortable and plenty big enough for the five of us. The ammenities were as stated and the house had everything we needed during our stay... even a few pool toys to enjoy while swimming in the pool. The property location had great freeway access and was great for golf, food, hiking, shopping and spring training ballparks. We encountered our first rattlesnake on a local hike which was an interesting highlight of our stay in the valley. We would highly recommend this property and will not hesitate to stay again in the future. Thanks again Lana!
