Vi är så glada att presentera "Summit Lodge", ett unikt och spännande mästerverk i hjärtat av Montecito, Kalifornien. Förbered dig på att vara vördnad över detta specialutförda anpassade hem. Enkelt uttryckt har ingen detalj sparats, eftersom varje steg har tagits för att säkerställa en "förstklassig lyxuthyrningsupplevelse"!

Det långa skiffergolvet är ett tecken på saker som kommer ... eftersom spännande bostadsområden, gourmetkök, påkostade formella matsalen, stora medierum och Dual Master Suites är bara början. Höga takbjälkar och varma massivt trägolv bidrar till den visuella stimulansen, med smakfulla konstverk, musikinstrument och bekväma möbler som kompletterar utrymmet. Summit Lodge verkar nästan transportera dig till en Hollywood-inspelningsstudio i världsklass eller till din favoritfjälldestination. Det vill säga tills du går utanför ...

Korg i en del Kaliforniens sol! Flera sittplatser och "hänga" områden är strategiska i hela välskötta trädgårdar. Inget tvivel om det är emellertid centrumet för denna utsökta egendom den vackra poolen, komplett med inbyggd badtunna. En kaskadande vattenfunktion ger en fin touch för att hjälpa till att stressa, varva ner och uppdatera. Loungen omkring efter eget gottfinnande, insisterar vi.

Great getaway, perfect location

We had an amazing week at Summit Lodge. The location is wonderful. Walk to the best restaurants in town. The pool and hottub were a highlight. Was actually difficult to get my crew to leave. We will definitely be back!

Summit lodge review - Montecito

The home was lovely and a perfect locale from the beach and the town of Montecito - walking distance! The layout is friendly to a decent group - 6-7 people. Lovely home and yard.

Slice of paradise

This property boasts it all. The pictures are a great reflection of its beauty. The rooms are big and spacious, high ceilings with lots of fun windows. Several outdoor areas for lounging around the fire pit, sun bathing by the pool, or reading a novel under the mature trees. Beds are super comfy. Bathrooms are modern and updated. I loved the fun showers! Jacuzzi and pool were phenomenal. Absolutely recommend!

Beautiful, unique home right in Montecito

Our family (including a 4yr old and 2yr old) loved our stay at the Summit Lodge! The pool area is beautiful, and there's a wonderful outdoor seating area for breakfasts & dinners outside. The furnishings in the home truly are luxurious and of great quality. Remember to bring your K cups for the coffee machine! Master bedroom has a walk-in closet area (around a corner, but without a door separating it from the rest of the room) that was perfect for setting up a pack and play. For those unfamiliar with Montecito, there aren't sidewalks in this area, so even though the house is easily walkable to town, it can be a little more challenging to keep very small kids corralled on the side of the road, and you might plan on driving. Perfect stay, thank you!!

Great property inside and out. Family friendly, quiet neighborhood. Loved that we could walk into town. Loved the pool and hot tub! House had all the amenities we needed and wanted. Comfy beds. Nice indoor fireplace. Highly recommend this property!

Family Oasis

The Summit Lodge was the perfect place for our family of six to relax during the days leading up to our daughter’s wedding and afterwards. It has a rustic yet modern atmosphere and the spaciousness and amenities were perfect. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect getaway!

The house is a complete dream and honestly better than the pictures. It is clearly built and designed with the renter’s experience in mind, with so many communal spaces to enjoy with your guests. The location cannot be beat, as everything we had planned for our stay was no more than a ten minute drive away. It was the perfect bachelorette getaway weekend, and I will absolutely come back for more stays!

Wonderful Stay

Great location. Clean and well maintained. Comfy beds. Great space. We had such a wonderful time with family. Only wish we had more time to enjoy the property as we had many off site events planned. We were there for my son's wedding at SYR.

Upsetting

I stayed here with a group of friends for labor day weekend. Although the property was beautiful, we were dismayed when we walked in and a horrible smell permeated the house. We first assumed it was trash, but the source was later identified as a dead, rotting rat in an air duct. In addition, there was no hot water in any of the showers for the entire length of our stay. We contacted the property managers during our stay as soon as we noticed both issues. While they were able to have the deceased rodent removed mid-weekend, the water heater was not fixed while we were there. To make matters worse, they charged me for the full stay — over 7k — prior to our check in. After the weekend, I asked that the manager make this right by providing some sort of partial reimbursement. That was more than two weeks ago, and I still have not been provided with any money back.

Great home, phenomenal location

Great location just a short walk to Coast Village Road and all of its great restaurants, and not much further to Butterfly beach. The home is clean and well-appointed with a great pool and spa combo.

Fabulous place!

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it. The accommodations were comfortable for our family of four and the pool in particular was a huge hit with the kids. We loved the easy walk into town. The lovely accommodations made our vacation to Santa Barbara/montecito a success!
