Detta nybyggda hem Àr det perfekta hemmet! Den nedre vÄningen innehÄller sovrummet och badkaret, ett drottning sovrum och badrum, ett fullt utrustat kök och matplats, vardagsrummet med en 80 "skÀrm smart TV och vila soffor och gas spis, och tvÀttstuga med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. PÄ bottenvÄningen finns en fantastisk utomhus sittgrupp och uppvÀrmd pool. Poolen har en solbrÀnna med 2 vattenpipar plus en bÀnk i poolen som gÄr lÀngs med sidan av kanten.
PÄ övervÄningen finns ett annat vardagsrum med böcker i överflöd och en annan Smart-TV med kabel. Den har ocksÄ en futon som kan dras ut som en separat sovplats. Det finns en annan kung sovrum och drottning sovrum plus ett badrum med dubbla handfat. Den bÀsta delen av övervÄningen Àr sittplatsen med uteplats med utsikt över centrala Georgetown-torget.
Köket Àr utrustat med kaffebryggare, mikrovÄgsugn, fullt kylskÄp, lerkruka, brödrost, vitamix, tekanna och instapot.
Inom en radius pÄ tvÄ kvarter har vi över 15 olika restauranger och barer. Inom en mils radie har vi alla typer av köpcentrum du kan begÀra!

Everything about this place was as advertised. The manager did an exceptional job at conveying information about the house itself and its surrounding environment. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. The pool was delightful. It was very easy to walk to all areas of the historic Georgetown. We will definitely stay here again. Could not recommend it more highly.

We had a wonderful time for our Muumuus and Margaritas weekend! The owner was in constant contact with us, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The house felt brand new with updated appliances, lovely dĂ©cor, and was spotless upon arrival. The pool was fabulous (and temperature controlled!), with plenty of outdoor seating to relax.The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and parking was ample. We loved that the home was within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping, yet still quiet and peaceful.My personal favorite touches were the Pac-Man/Galaga arcade game and the extensive library—such thoughtful additions that made the stay even more fun. We would absolutely stay here again!I

Everything from start to finish was perfect! The house was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Pool was amazing! Loved being able tyo walk to dinner...lots of fun places to explore in the square. Mike was was attentive and answered all messages quickly!

Amazing home

We loved staying at this house. The backyard was amazing! It was a very easy walk to restaurants and shops. The bedrooms and closets were large, great living and kitchen space, nice bathrooms, very comfortable beds and bedding. We would 100% book here again!

Cozy home with plenty of room

This was my second stay at this home and it was just perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone and the backyard heated pool/fire pit area gives another cozy spot to visit and hang out. Will definitely be staying here next time I come to Georgetown!

We have owned this house since 2019 and we are delighted to share it with you! We love the vibe of the downtown Georgetown area and feel that many folks will enjoy just as we have. From the Christmas lights in the square at year end, to the Poppy Fest, and the Two-Step Country Music festival there is something year round for all families. We love the pool and the roof top balcony and the close walk or drive to EVERYTHING- shopping, hiking, events downtown. There are several wine bars and restaurants within 2 blocks. Please come and experience the charm of downtown Georgetown with us!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We chose this neighborhood due to its proximity to the downtown Georgetown Square. Two blocks to the square for real! The entire area has gone through a significant transformation since 2019 however you might notice some of the beautiful older architecture as well. Georgetown is host to many historic properties that go back to the early 1900s that give our local area an "Old Town" feel. Georgetown proper has experienced rapid growth since 2019 and we are delighted to be at ground zero of it all!
