Great place to stay!

This was our second stay at this house and it was just as good as the first time. We felt comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we will continue to stay here every time we visit Memphis!

Awesome Graceland location

We came to see Graceland and this place was the perfect location; within walking distance. Plenty of room for everyone, outdoor gathering area and well stocked.

This home was located next to the Graceland hotel in a quiet safe neighborhood. Very cool layout and outdoor space that fits a big group.

Perfect getaway

The house was very clean, exactly what we needed. We didn't use the whole house. Wish our stay was longer, location to what we wanted to do was great. Will stay again.

I will stay here every time I come to Memphis. So close to Graceland and in a quiet neighborhood. I don’t want anyone else to find out about this place bc I want to keep it for myself!

Perfect size for our group

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, roomie, and easy to find. The neighborhood right outside of where this property is located is not ideal and we avoided traveling out much, but the house was safe and secure and literally 4-5 minutes from Graceland where we had our event.

Comfortable and close

This was a great house in a good neighborhood and great location. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to relax in comfort and eat in when we wanted. When we return to Memphis this house will be our first choice. Thank you!

Great place to stay near downtown Memphis!

We really enjoyed the roominess of the house. Though we had six adults, the rooms were spacious and somewhat apart from each other so there was plenty of privacy. Quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from downtown. Very clean too! We would definitely stay again and I’ve already told friends that’s the place to stay when visiting Memphis!

The place looked better in person than it did in the pictures - and we were pleasantly surprised by the giant outdoor area with multiple fire pits! The house shows it's age here and there, but nothing terrible. Mattresses weren't as comfortable as I'm used to, but I was glad to see they had all the allergy/dustmite protection on them as well as the pillows.

Superbly AWESOME

My family had the experience of a lifetime. The photos do not do this amazing home it's due diligence. It's huge and super comfortable. Specific care was taken with each detail to ensure every comfort of home was implemented. Denise was a most pleasant host with so much charm. Ms. Verlinda was a sweetheart also. Their response time to my inquiries was immediate and thorough. I did not want to go home. I plan to return to this home as long as they have it available.

Graceland heaven

Takes longer to get the car out of the garage and everyone loaded in than to drive over to Graceland! Very quiet neighborhood. Easy to get anywhere in Memphis from here. TVs in every room, great appliances, fast internet. Just as listed. Quick and easy communications with owner. Will stay here next time we are in Memphis and would recommend to all my friends.

Safe, spacious, close to everything! Loved it

We had a group of 4 gals that are over 60 going to see Graceland. Of course, we were concerned on safety. This house is on a quiet street with lots of security and we felt very safe. The house is spacious for lots of people. Older but maintained. Close to EVERYTHING!! If you are looking for great southern breakfast, go to Country Kitchen. - Food was great- people super friendly! In our short trip, we enjoyed Graceland, way over priced. Went to Lorraine Motel Civil Rights Museum - HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Visited the Peabody for the Mallard duck walk. Dined at Rendezvous for ribs - Not impressed. Enjoyed Beale Street- great live music and warm people. It was a great short trip and we chose the right VRBO for the occasion!!

Hidden gem close to Graceland

Clean and spacious and Great back yard! Very spacious and fire pits in back were extra bonus.This would be wonderful for family or friends! Excellent communication with owner and hostess. Would definitely rent again!

Weekend motorcycle getaway

Guys motorcycle getaway. Nice quiet neighborhood right behind Graceland. Nice 2 car garage. Able to keep motorcycles in there. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Very cool retro but modernized house beckoning back to the memphis suburban boom Era. Super nice furniture and appointments. Cool outside sitting area and everything we needed inside. Will definitely stay again.

Home away from home

If a person wants an awesome vacation with every thing needed supplied; this is the spot. Very well stocked in a great neighborhood with a hostess that responds quickly. It has a huge backyard (couple fire pits picnic tables and chairs) Home is spacious with a TV in every room.. Definitely returnable.

Motorcycle trip

It was very clean and looked as advertised, the neighborhood was nice and in a convenient location. The garage was a plus for our motorcycles and the driveway was perfect for other vehicles. Fitted our needs perfectly. Communication with the host was very easy also.
