Fabulous Christmas at the Cape!!

Beautiful range home. Lovely place with many new features, while keeping the beach like feel. Easily could fit 6 folks. About a 2 minute walk to beach. Easy access to many attractions and surrounding towns. Liz and John were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Big recommend!

Weekend getaway

The house was ideal for what we were looking for. Can't beat the convenient path to the beach right across the street. It looks like the house has been updated recently. Would definitely consider renting again.

Wonderful Cottage

Very peaceful area. Few foot steps from the beach. Cottage was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities. Washer and dryer is such a nice convenience. I am going to miss sitting on the patio and enjoying the tranquility. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Cape Cod. Thank you so much

Exceptional!

We absolutely loved this home! Everything inside is brand new, furniture and beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is a walking path right across from the driveway, meaning the walk to the private beach takes about 2 minutes max (which is a huge bonus if you have small children). The location of the home is our favorite on the Cape, very quiet and relaxing but a short drive to everything. Liz was great, very responsive and helpful! I have already recommended this location to a few families and would absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation ‘23

We had a wonderful stay at Liz & John’s cottage. Just a short walk to the beach made it so easy for getting around with our two toddlers. They had everything needed for preparing meals and the washer dryer on premises was great.

Had a great time in a great place at a great location. Elizabeth was very responsive to our questions when gathering info and booking. Place was as described and spotless with no surprise. Cape Cod

We had a very short time to visit. My grandma was born and raised in Sandwich, and moved away after her marriage. We used to come a lot as children, and now as adults my family came and stayed to celebrate our incredible Grandma. We got to watch our small children run on the same beaches we did. The cottage was exceptional, a little dream, exactly what you need. Modern, but still feels right at home. The beach was perfection. Even on early, chilly summer days we rushed right out of bed to the perfect beach. Thank you so much. This mini trip was amazing.

Brilliant Beach House

A great beach house with all the facilities we as a group of four needed. The house is a short walk from the beach and just a few miles from all the local amenities in Sandwich. 5 stars would thoroughly recommend.

Gorgeous beach house at Cape Cod

Perfectly equipped with everything needed. 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 people. Very clean and friendly upfront communication. Sagamore Beach is literally just a few steps across the dunes.

Loved this cottage

My family (myself, my husband, my daughter and our 3 granddaughters, aged 5.4.and 2) had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was nice and clean and had a great layout, lovely yard for the girls to play in and a very short walk to a private beach where the girls enjoyed finding rocks and shells and chasing seagulls. Even though we didn't have the greatest weather, it was a nice get away and the girls (all of us) didn't want to leave I would highly recommend!

Quaint

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this property is perfect for family time! We enjoyed hanging out despite the rainy weather. The proximity to the beach was so convenient for our seven year old explorer. Would stay there again!

Peaceful Getaway

I stayed here with my family of 4: 2 adults, a 6 and 8 year old. The property was clean, linens were fresh. The kitchen had anything we needed. The property location was perfect! We were a quick walk across the dune to the beach, which my children loved, especially during low tide. We rode our bikes to the canal, there was a nice playground, we went fishing. Grocery stores about about a 10 minute drive. Liz was very responsive to my questions and was accommodating to our family. The weather wasn't the best so we ended up spending more time than we planned at the cottage, thankfully it is comfy and cozy so we had a wonderful time regardless.

FANTASTIC!!!

Liz is an absolute joy! A wonderful cottage, very nicely decorated and IMPECCABLY clean. The kitchen was amazing, So well stocked with anything you could ever need. The yard and deck were very nice with plenty of places to relax. Short walk to the beautiful beach. This is the nicest place we have ever stayed! This was a 50th anniversary trip and we arrived to a bottle of Champagne,flowers and a note of congratulations! We had a wonderful time and we would give this property a 5+++++! We had the pleasure of meeting Liz and John and they are awesome! AMAZING place! You will love it!

My husband (John) and I (Elizabeth) have been coming to the Cape for many years and we love the peace and tranquility of this beautiful setting on the marsh, located on a safe, private road. His parents brought him as a child to this very street and the legacy continues. We have 4 children and they love to come to the Cape and enjoy vacation and time with family and friends. We have brought many friends here and they love it too. Together, we have lovingly restored this property with excellent craftsmanship by my husband and much attention to cleaning between renters and continue to do so. My parents were hospitable and hotel managers in Scotland and we have carried this on here in America on the Cape.
Please join us for a lovely time with family and friends.

This beach cottage is pristine, immaculate and well taken care of. It is cozy and well appointed. There is a brand new bathroom as well as a beautiful place to enjoy an outdoor shower that has been newly constructed by my husband. There is a private beach located directly across the street that is steps away to the sugar sands of private, Sagamore Beach. It is an oasis where one can take a walk on the beach or on the jetty by the canal to the lighthouse, with many beautiful photo opportunities. You can bring your bikes, scooters, boogie boards, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing poles, tennis rackets or basketball to play down the road at the public courts or your favorite book to read on the beach or your deck.
