OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Important note: Beach Restoration Notice: From October 2024 to March 2025, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will conduct a sand nourishment project on Town Neck Beach in Sandwich, MA. This involves placing 320,300 cubic yards of sand, dredged from Scussett Beach, to prevent erosion. Access to certain beach areas may be restricted during this period due to ongoing work. Please be aware that there is some ongoing work at the beach. You may also notice some noise and occasional night lights during your stay.

• Complimentary outdoor parking is available in the long shared driveway with room for 2 cars for this property.
• Please note cars should not block the driveway or the view for the neighbors.
• Please don't park facing the dunes - instead, please park facing the backyard/house (pull in and turn right)

• Notes:
• A Pack 'n Play may be available upon request, let us know if interested!
• Storage room on the far side of the property, left of the outdoor shower, contains beach items (chairs, cooler, lawn games).
• Renters need to log into their streaming accounts; adding new apps is allowed. Cable TV is not available.
• There is an old motion sensor in the living area, it's inactive.
• The attic and utility room are locked and off-limits to renters.
