Nyligen ombyggd rymlig 3 sovrum, 2 badrum hemma vid vattnet med en skärmad uppvärmd pool med en bifogad sluten uteplats med bord och stolar. Det finns en flytbar brygga på en djup kanal för att rymma din båt. Enkel åtkomst till viken och Kings Bay. Bara några minuter från Arkeologimuseet, Citrus Avenue Shopping, restauranger, Kings Bay, Hunter Springs Park, Three Sisters Springs Park., Och simma med manaterna. Den lokala båtrampen ligger bara en mil från huset utanför West State Park Street vid Crystal River Water Sports som ligger bakom Days Inn. Det finns fyra vuxna livstider på toppkajaker och två barn 5+ livstid sitter på toppen kajaker med paddlar och flytvästar. Fantastiskt läge för bad med manates, fiske, scalloping och alla andra aktiviteter. Stor tyst och lugn djupvattenskanal för kajakpaddling och fiske även under VINNIGA dagar. Vi erbjuder en propangasgrill, Keurig och dropp kaffekrukor, fullt kök, handdukar, sängkläder, tvål, schampo, grädde skölj, toalettartiklar och pappershanddukar.

Very clean, spacious home with a well-appointed kitchen. Large pool with a nice view of the canal. We appreciated having so many kayaks available to use. The floating dock was perfect for our boat. Location offers easy access to the Gulf. This truly is a great place to stay in Crystal River. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great getaway

We had an awesome time at the house! Did lots of scalloping and some sightseeing. House was clean and organized. Check in process was top notch. Carl met us at the property and gave us a tour. Very friendly. Will most definitely be coming back!

Loved our stay

House is in a beautiful location, right on the water and you can see the canal from the living area. We greatly enjoyed relaxing in the pool and on the porch. Crystal Springs has a nice small town feel and we enjoyed going out to see the manatees. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing stay on a peaceful canal

Everything about the property was as good as advertised. Nice comfortable furniture, better than most. Location very close to state parks and boating. The birds and wildlife were a plus. Twice saw a large gator swimming in the canal behind the home. From the pool in the late afternoon, watching the birds was a treat. Loved our stay here and would be back again without question!

Crystal River Hide-away

Located in a quiet neighborhood, property was exactly as described. Large family room overlooking deep canal. Water temp in pool was great. Everything in house was brand new and worked perfectly. A great spot for family looking for a laid back vacation with restaurants and shopping just a few miles away. Plenty to do for everyone!!!

Crystal River Delight

Immaculate, Waterfront Home with spacious master bedroom with sitting/dressing area. Light and airy family room, screened pool —- renovated with Split bedroom layout for privacy. Kitchen is well stocked and has granite countertops & new cabinets. Kayaks are provided and local restaurants, Hunter Springs and other park areas are just a few miles away. Hope to return. Also, very reasonable price for such outstanding accommodations.Host is responsive and helpful

Summer Scallop Trip

This property had all the space we needed and the canal made it easy to get out to the river and the gulf. The pool was really nice to hang out in after a day on the water. This is a great location for your trip to Crystal River.

Perfect get away spot

We loved our stay. House was perfect for our family to relax and also enjoy the outdoors in Crystal River. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and very clean. We enjoyed the screened in pool and kayaks on the canal. The kind owner met us to check in and give a tour of the property (and recommend a great restaurant). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great House & Owners!

We loved our stay at this house. The location was perfect for scalloping and springs. The pool was very refreshing after being on the boat all day. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Family Time

Beautiful home! Kids loved the heated pool!! We kayaked with a couple manatees and saw a couple alligators too! Great family vacation with soooo much to do near by!
