This house is excellent for families! The owners have it so well stocked with bikes, kayaks, video games and even corn hole! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking for the family and there is tons of room for comfort. I also loved that the house has cable. So many houses these days only have streaming. The location is super quiet and an easy bike ride anywhere.

Best Sunriver House Yet

Phenomenal home! Had everything and more that you could want. Perfect layout for families with small kids. Quiet location on the north boundary of the Sunriver with SHARC passes. Will definitely check if this home is available next time we come down.

Great house - bummer communication

Great house! Well stocked with a great lay out. Plenty of space with lots of fun activities like corn hole, ping pong, bikes, etc. The TV wasn't working. We emailed management and they said someone would be by to fix it. No one ever showed up. I sent 3 follow up emails over the next day and I never heard from the management company again. Kind of a bummer. Would have been nice to watch a movie together as a family after a long day on the river. I would expect a little more from the management company.

Fun weekend getaway

Our large party spent two nights here and were big fans of this home. Plenty of space and beds for everyone along with games and activities for all our teenagers.

Perfect House!

We thought this place was amazing. High end appointments, well thought out tools and amenities, lots to do, and the beds were super comfy, too. With 2 masters, it fit the bill perfectly for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will absolutely seek this house out again in the future.

Overall Nice House

Overall this was a great house, well stocked kitchen, nicely decorated. The house was a bit far from the village and other activities and we were grossed out by how dirty the carpets were. Bring house slippers! Also, we woke up with bites the first morning so not sure if spiders found us in the night or what but kinda grossed out by that! We had a great vacation but won’t be staying at this property again.

Wonderful home

This was a great place to stay in sunriver. House is spacious, and kitchen is very well stocked. Location is nice and quiet with little traffic.

Nice space for a big group.

The house overall was great. It's very spacious, and it's kept up very well. The upstairs has a lot of open space around the kitchen, dining table, and living room area. All of the bathrooms are very nice. The beds are comfortable. The garage is a fun place to play ping pong or foosball. The hot tub worked great. The only minor "cons" are the location, dishwasher and TV. The location is at the northern tip of the Sunriver resort (pretty far from shopping areas). The dishwasher doesn't easily fit the large plates and is a strange set up. The TV is difficult to turn on/off, but we managed to figure it out. I wouldn't let those things prevent us from staying here again, but just something I'd recommend improving. Overall, we had a really nice time at this property!

Beautiful “Smart house” property w/ great location

We had such a nice weekend here - a family of 2 parents and their adult children and significant others. The house is beautifully updated with all needed amenities plus more. We enjoyed the master bathroom shower and tub, the outfitted kitchen (all utinsels, appliances and even pantry items), easy to ride bikes, hot tub and the patio with a big table and light up umbrella for evening dining. The only issues were the WiFi - which cut out every hour so working from here would be difficult and the air conditioning was shut off at night so you would get hot but the rental comes equipped with fans. We loved the comfortable furniture and plenty of space and bathrooms. Good location and access to Sunriver but far enough to be quiet and removed. Truly a gem!

Poor communication, poor customer service, dirty house

Poor communication, poor customer service, dirty house, no check out instructions then we were charged for things not being done example: trashes we’re full when we got there so we put all trash in a pile and were charged for it. Dishes couldn’t be cleaned because they didn’t leave dish soap, hot tub water dirty, not even hand towels provided.
