Perfekt studio för ett par eller en person. Det har logi för god nattsömn och allt du behöver för att göra dig redo för din semester eller arbetsdagar. Innan det var en bilport omvandlad till en studio så finns det väggen som skiljer den från huset. Privat studio med komplett badrum, diskbänk, minikyl, mikrovågsugn och elektrisk spis och kaffebryggare. Den har också sängen och en byrå med förvaring. Det finns parkering bredvid ytterdörren. Detta rum har två dörrar, en på framsidan och den andra på sidan som tar dig nära trädgården. Jag bor i huset som också har ytterligare två privata rum med delat badrum att hyra.

Great experience

Very private and clean, enjoyed about two weeks here. Parking right in front of the entry door was a plus.

Hatch chili festival

Imelda was an amazing hostess. Something unexpected happen with the place that we had booked, Imelda made it to where we were happy by allowing us to stay in her home. She was very friendly, would do it again

Perfect little stay!

This place was a perfect place for a bit of eating in (fridge, microwave, sink, dishes, etc.), located in a quiet neighborhood, TV, a really comfy bed, off-street parking, and while I never saw Imelda, she answered my emails promptly and I knew that if I needed she would be there! Highly recommend!

Imelda is very gracious and her sweet place is very convenient to seeing sites & finding good food i

It was quiet except for a 6 pm train whistle which we loved. The mattress was brand new and the place was very clean.

Review of Las Cruces room for rent

Best bargain in Las Cruces for 1-2 people - room/suite is located in a private home with a separate entrance and area for parking - features a comfortable bed in a very clean room with many extras that are not at the large hotel chains - homeowner/Imelda is one of the nicest people I have ever met and she did everything she could do to make my stay comfortable - a great value for the price! Thank-you Imelda for your hospitality!

Cozy and elegant

The place suited our needs perfectly. Very compact, but big enough to be convenient. Everything was new and very clean. Imelda is very hospitable. Loved the baked goods she left for us. Two improvements needed: a sharp knife and instructions about the new keypad. (Punch the numbers in BEFORE hitting the button above the numbers).

It was good for 2 nights

It was clean, easy to find, and easy to check in. I couldn't stay here longer then 2 nights due to it being close to train tracks and no electrical outlets close to bed for phone or alarm.

Overnight Stay

The place was really cute and cozy. The bed was kind of hard and lumpy but it could have just been me since I have chronic pain so it was not comfortable. There is a train that goes by at like 3 am and its pretty close by. The bathroom had great lighting to do my makeup but you can't turn off the exhaust fan while using it. I would probably stay here again since I visit cruces often and sometimes need a spot to stay.

Studio stay at Imelda's

This worked well for me. The studio is attached to the owner's residence. You can arrange use of the laundry in the owner's portion of the property. You can use the owner's kitchen, since the studio has a microwave, but not a full stove/oven. Imelda is very friendly and outgoing, so just knock on the door and ask about laundry or kitchen access. Me being an older guy gets by with the microwave and dining out most of the time. So, for me the laundry availability was a bonus. You will have your own parking spot right in front of your door. The neighborhood is very safe. You will get some dog barking occasionally and the train passing through town. Neither of these things bothered me in the least. The neighbors two cats might pay you a visit in the driveway. They're friendly and just trying to be good neighbors. The bed is huge and comfortable and even an old guy could sleep well complaint free. The location is near downtown with easy access to shopping, restaurants and hwy 70 which becomes Main St. I've stayed at downtown area rentals every time I have stayed in Las Cruces, because its centrally located to most of the points of interest. Imelda respects your privacy, but if you want to talk over a cup of coffee she's a good people person. She wants your stay to be a good one and her studio should work well for single travelers and couples too. I
