Our property offers all the comfort you deserve while on vacation.
There are 3 decorated bedrooms, 3 baths, plus a very comfortable living area with a big Flat Screen TV to watch your favorite movies!! And there is more, a Full kitchen with cookware, refrigerator, dishwasher and a full-sized washer and dryer.
If you want to work out you will find a equipped Resort Fitness center.
And after a hectic day in the theme parks, you can relax in the large pool area of the resort that also has a Spa, to fully enjoy on sunny days!
This townhome is professionally maintained and managed to provide you with 24 hours guest service.

Serenity Resort is situated central to all of Orlandoâs famous attractions. Serenity Resort featuring resort-style living at its finest! This beautiful, Orlando vacation resort is just 8 miles from the gates of Walt Disney, 19 Miles from Sea World, and 22 miles from Universal Studios. Youâre also within easy driving distance of a whole host of restaurants and malls, including a 24-hour grocery store.
It is a peaceful resort built around lakes and you can enjoy the clubhouse amenities like a Resort-style pool, game room and fitness center.

Minimum Age: Party Leader must be 21 years old or over to have a booking confirmed.
AFTER BOOKING:
Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.
Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.
Optional Extras:
Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.
The ACO Vacation Home team is available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

For your convenience, we provide the following items so you and your family can get settled in without worrying about it upon arrival. But keep in mind we do not replace the supplies:
