4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom private house close to Chico State and Enloe Hospital
This is a newly renovated 1940 house that retains a ton of its original charm. It is conveniently located ~10 minute walk from Enloe hospital and ~10 minute walk to downtown / Chico State. The original hardwood floors have been refinished and are a work of art.
There are 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and a large 18x12 master bedroom on the other with stereo speakers. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower tub and one with a claw foot tub that also has a shower head. There is a new 65â TV with Apple TV.
There is a stocked kitchen with pots, pans, toaster, and coffee pot. There is also a mature orange tree in the front yard and an industrial juicer for you to use.
I have done the work myself and am constantly updating the place and appreciate any feedback.
