Nice place to stay

Very comfortable place to stay. A lot of facilities and amenities to use during the stay. Especially love the nespresso machine and the milk foaming machine. Overall very good value of money.

Ten out of ten for location and views

Lovely unit and perfect for sharing between two couples with separate bedroom/bathrooms. Gas fireplace was amazing and the views in May to die for. Some small attention to detail lacking with four light bulbs out in kitchen area but host attended to this fairly quickly. Didn't impact our stay at all. Lounge furniture is a little tired but overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would stay here again.

The apartment was nice but smaller than we expected. The garage is extremely tight so you wouldn't want a large vehicle.

Great views

Lovely 2 BR apartment with 1 car garage. Gorgeous views from balcony. Bit of a walk to Queenstown - probably 15-20 minutes. We did it once during the day but felt it was too far and dark for night (Winter). Fireplace is a lovely addition, but smells a bit of gas. Heating in the whole place was a bit wonky with difficult to see thermostats and some that were either full blast or cold. Plenty of blankets and pillows. TV in living room is old - no Sky, no ability to Chromecast or log in to Netflix. Kitchen adequate but microwave is insanely difficult to operate with no instructions available. Minimal water glasses and small plates. Garage is super narrow - our rented Hyundai SantaFe crawled in with inches to spare with wing mirrors. Washing machine upstairs in unit, dryer downstairs in garage.

Great views.

Property has great views. All the amenities. It is a little tired. Cups need replacing badly chipped and broken. Walls badly marked. Oven dirty. Just needs some live. But very quiet area. Beds comfy and warm.

Good location & clean/tidy apartment

We had a great stay in this apartment - with 2 bedrooms it was the perfect size for our small family (1 child), but could easily accommodate a family of 4. Location was super quick drive into town or a nice 15min stroll down the hill. Warm, clean & tidy, with a bit of a view and the single car garage was great to park the car away at night.

Close to town but quiet

We stayed 3 nights at Terrace Apartment 9. There were a lot of apartments in the complex but it was nice and quiet. We had a small view of the lake. You had to park your car in the garage provided which was a bit small getting a 4WD vehicle into. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. We did find the noise of the fridge loud especially if you were sitting quietly in the lounge area. We did the fly- cruise- fly milford sound tour and we got picked up from our accommodation which was good even though it wasn't a hotel or motel. Enjoyed our stay.
