Perfect layout for families or golf groups. Close to shopping/restaurants and short 5 min drive to the beach.

Awesome property!

Wonderful property in a great location. Good jumping off spot to the restaurants and golf courses we wanted to hit. Management extra responsive to a very minor maintenance issue. They were at the house in a matter of minutes. Will definitively look for this property/host for our next visit.

Family Visit

My wife and I traveled to the area for her father's 80th birthday. Our adult daughters joined us. The cottage was perfect for our visit. Each bedroom is nice and each has its own bathroom. Kitchen, dining, and living areas have plenty of space and the furnishings you would expect. The cottage was clean and in good shape. We were close to restaurants and family in Bluffton. We would recommend this cottage to others and would stay there again.

Golf vacay stay

Property was nice. A couple things, master shower has very little water pressure. Dishwasher needs secured. Unit needs live tv. Everything else was great.

Not what I expected

We stayed at this location in late July with our grown children and their spouses. The house was spacious and I loved the floor plan. It was the perfect size for our family! However, to get to the beach, you had to walk down a dirt path through the woods to get there. We had no problems doing this since we were all adults, but it was not the beach I expected. We ended up loading everything in the car and traveling to the other side of the island. We did enjoy the sunrise at the beach by the property. It was not crowded at all and the perfect place to start the morning. Keith was responsive when I had questions or problems, and overall we had a great time.

Vacation

Great location and a short drive to the beaches. Very quaint house with everything we needed for a great vacation. Located near many grocery stores so running out for something needed was simple.

Better than advertised

All efforts are made to make you say WOW when you open the huge front door to 12’ ceilings and an open floor plan comfortably furnished to easily accommodate 8 guests. Much more spacious than some photos suggest. Keith was very responsive to any queries we had. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nice property

My family and I really enjoyed this property. Everything was clean and we saved a lot of money by being able to cook in the house instead of spending money on restaurant food. The pots, pans and dishes were adequate for our stay. All beds were comfortable. I recommend this rental highly.

Perfect accommodations

Great location (just a mile from the airport, so no rush to get there) and beautiful home. Had everything we needed for a weekend wedding getaway, and had all the essentials for enjoying some down time in between events.
