A high quality villa with a large shaded terrace where you can eat, read or just relax & take in the peaceful surroundings which opens onto a garden with olive trees, beautiful plants & manicured lawn all of which is tended by a gardener and water irrigation system. A place to relax either in the sun or in the shade. The garden is fully enclosed making it ideal for young children. The villa is close to Cannes centre with the Croisette, Rue d'Antibes, shops, restaurants, beaches and all the activities on offer in the region.
