Welcome to Resort Plaza 5002/03, a beautifully appointed, gold-rated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located just 70 steps from the Park City Mountain Resort ticket windowâmaking ski-in/ski-out access effortless and your stay unforgettable. Available for nightly or monthly rentals in spring, summer, and fall and nightly/weekly rentals during the winter season, this condo also features air conditioning for added comfort during warmer months.
Located in the Marsac Mill Manor building, this charming condo puts you right in the heart of the actionâabove a ski shop and next door to The Corner Store, a favorite local spot for breakfast, lunch, and lively aprĂšs-ski gatherings with music. Youâre also just a short 14-minute walk from Park Cityâs historic Main Street and Town Lift, or simply hop on the free city bus steps away to explore Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Kimball Junction, and more. A car isnât necessary and the underground heated parking garage is included for your convenience.
Inside, you'll find a warm, mountain-inspired living space with custom Alder cabinetry, granite countertops, and newer appliances in the full kitchen. The open floorplan includes a dining table for four and a kitchen island that seats three.
