The space
Main living area is located downstairs with a large comfy lounge and smart tv + reverse cycle air conditioning.
Rumpus room with (non electric) air hockey game.
Kitchen and dining area with seating for 8 + second TV.
Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with ice maker plus Sunbeam Ground Coffee Machine - ground coffee required.
Step out to large covered outdoor entertaining area with outdoor setting, lounges and BBQ. BBQ area is fully fenced.
2 bedrooms - main with queen and second with 2 single beds.
Laundry with washing machine + dryer + shower and toilet.
Main bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

Upstairs
2 bedrooms that both open out to covered deck with views across Jervis Bay. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Please note property is on the corner of Elizabeth Drive - 3 houses away from Collingwood Beach.

The location
50 metres from Collingwood Beach (not pet friendly) + Jervis Bay Foreshore Cycleway walkway. Head north to the Hub of Jervis Bay - Huskisson - or head south and follow the White Sands Track through to the world famous white sands of Hyams Beach.

Perfect for a group of friends

Neat and tidy and very well stocked kitchen. A bit of noise from the main road. Close to beaches and shops. Can walk to most places. Back area was great for entertaining too.

Great for big families

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great for our big family and it very close to the beach. Only issue we had was the traffic noise

Clean, tidy, big and conveniently located.

The property was very clean, really nice big open spaces and very well equipped. The location was nice and close to the beach and walking track, and only a short drive to the shops. Beautiful views from the house. It was in a busy road and at times noisy from the traffic but quiet at night. The only down side was we were cold at night, the heater did not really warm the big space but there were plenty of blankets to add to the beds and throw rugs for the lounge area. The wifi wasn’t strong enough for streaming so don’t rely on the internet. However, we did enjoy our stay and would stay here again.
