This wonderful and newly built house is positioned on a large, quiet and private section, surrounded by native bush and is very close to the main beach. This light and sunny home opens out to a large sun-drenched deck from every room via sliding and large stacker doors. Relax reading a book swinging in the hanging chair on the deck and listening to the tui sing in the established bush. Fall asleep to the calm running sounds of the stream outside both bedroom doors.

The house is completely self contained and separate from the main house. It has its own entrance and multiple parking spaces. Complete with modern kitchen, bathroom, laundry and furnishings. Both bedrooms contain comfortable king sized beds with the option of a single stretcher bed upon request for an additional guest and portacot for an infant. You'll stay cosy in winter with two heat pumps and cool in summer with the option of air conditioning.

Our road is across from the access road to the main beach (Ngaranui) and Wainui reserve. Bring your towel, board and walking shoes to enjoy the sand, waves and walking tracks through the bush. We are positioned midway between town and the famous point breaks of Raglan making it easy to enjoy both the shops and cafes and beach life during your stay.
