Great location for Charlevoix experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was clean (interior), the outside of the building could be taken better care of as the hallway and stairs could've been vacuumed. Lastly, the beds were not the most comfortable, possibly a memory foam topper would've helped.

Charlevoix stay nice location but not worth it.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of this condo was very good. Close to everything. with the cleanliness and condition of the apartment.The patio deck, screens, chairs and table were all dirty with cob webs. The deck had shavings and nails like work was done somewhere and never cleaned up. Garbage in the 2nd floor vanity was filled with garbage. I alerted the front desk the next day and they did somewhat clean the deck. But we also had the tag to clean the room and was not done. Furniture is older but ok. Not worth the price we paidThe fitness room equipment was mostly broken

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time in this condo sane unit. We love the location, and love that it is dog friendly. A few improvements I noted last year are still the beds are super uncomfortable and I woke up in terrible neck and back day on the first morning. Would love if they had more comfortable beds for what you’re paying. Otherwise it was good. One other I wish they would get a sound bar for the TV in living room, so you can actually hear it and we could my use the upstairs TV since their was no remote

Perfect for our race day vacay!

Plenty of space for two couples with enough privacy for each. I will warn you, the shower upstairs is pretty tiny so don’t drop the soap or you won’t be able to pick it up!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the unit, everything g was updated and really nice. The location was amazing. We have stayed at Pointes North before in another unit, we love it. I would just comment that we found the beds to not be very comfortable, they were very firm but not in a soft way. With the vaulted ceiling, the sound from the TV went directly up to the room upstairs in the loft and it was difficult to hear it when watching. I may suggest a sound bar or something. Storage was great in all the rooms. The dog bowls with note were the cutest ever!

Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was pretty spacious and I love that dogs are allowed! It’s so hard to find that. The rental was clean and we had everything we needed. I would suggest a better ice cube tray. I know that’s not a big deal but there was no ice and the smallest tray I’ve ever seen! The best part for me was Heather, the front desk worker. She was phenomenal! I called a day prior to inquire about an early check in, she said it shouldn’t be an issue. Called me the day of check to let me know she had her staff address our room first and we were welcome to come whenever! Throughout the stay anytime I saw her she was so friendly and kind and asked how everything was going. That is exceptional customer experience

Clean & Comfortable

Only adult seating in living room area for 3 - beds for 4 adults. Listed as Condo, but actually a luxury Hotel. We had a dog friendly room - on the 2nd floor. One bedroom looked on to the hallway. I could hear what was going on in the loft; footsteps and such. Could also hear what was going on in the hallway. I would not recommend.

Charlevoix Wedding Weekend Trip

Pointe North unit #208, great place to stay! Would absolutely stay here again. Great front desk and cleaning staff. Beds were comfortable and unit was well stocked with towels and dishes/pots and pans. The unit and the property is very clean and well cared for. We will be back to Pointes North Charlevoix.

Excellent Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this condo for the Location and for the fact that it is dog friendly. We had an excellent vacation with the ability to walk to so many of our favorite places. It was easy to shop, dine and in the evening we took advantage of the close by beach & harbor to watch amazing Lake Michigan sunsets. The condo could definitely use some updates like new mattresses and plumbing. We unfortunately couldn’t use the upstairs shower as it leaked into the downstairs bedroom. The ceiling revealed this was not a new issue. The kitchen was also lacking essential items like oven mits and adequate cooking utensils. The condo staff was friendly and very helpful, clean towels delivered with a smile. We had a wonderful stay over all.
