Great location and clean place

This was a great Condo to stay at in Charlevoix. Great location for walking downtown and very clean condo. Loved the outdoor porch.

Great place and perfect location

This property was perfect. Just enough space for us and our 2 dogs. And the perfect location. I love just being able to walk out the front door and walk everywhere. Shops, restaurants and the beach etc. I would highly recommend it. The staff was super friendly as well.

Great location

excellent proximity to downtown Charlevoix. Easy walk to many amenities. Noise from upstairs loud at times. No WiFi the whole stay, otherwise amenities as expected. Bed and furniture comfortable, TV and appliances worked well.

Brandi is great. Had a snafu getting code but she texted me within an hour. Condo was clean.

Overall it was good. Needs some cosemetic updates/decor. They were redoing the landscaping while we were there. Nice.

Great location and unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all the location was perfect! So happy they were dog friendly! Loved the space in the unit. If there’s one thing I would suggest and that is please give the cleaning crew the proper equipment to clean the shower floors and walls. Other than that we would absolutely stay there again!

Mold in shower stains on furniture

The location was prime. The living room and porch was great the bedroom had old furniture with stains on it and the bathroom had mold in the shower. The mold in the shower was very unsettling and I would NEVER resent this unit because of it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Worked great for person with mobility challenges. Two suggestions for easing mobility challenges: Seal on roll in shower was not sealed so water leaked all over floor; threshold on side outside door could be reduced a little. Pool was also not working.

Great location, clean, enough space for 2 adults/2 kids

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, and had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids (both slept on pullout couch). Having a small kitchen/fridge is nice, though there was not a stove/oven. There is a screened in porch was great and it was very clean. The Condo is right next to the indoor/outdoor pool. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location to Charlevoix is ideal for walking downtown and to the beach. Only slight negative was the location of the condo is right next to the lobby/hallway of the building and the window of the bedroom looks out into the hallway so we made sure the curtains were shut 100% of the time. However this did not impact our stay, more FYI. Lastly, make sure you signout of the TV before 9am on checkout day as the Internet is automatically turned off (which we were not aware of). All in all we'd stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent as we could walk to everything downtown. The room had potential but the cleanliness was lacking. The shower curtain was grody, and the tiles needed to be cleaned and resealed as there was a bit of mold starting. My wife accidentally stuck her hand between the cushions of the couch while moving and got an instant sickening feeling as it felt like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The outside patio was in need of some cleaning as well and although we couldn't have used the outside pool because my wife had recent knee surgery it was closed. The photos make you believe it is a swim out from the inside type pool but it looks like its only that way in the summer months and not into fall. I have used VRBO several times now and this is the first sad report I have ever given (I shared this because sometimes you wonder if the people commenting are just chronic complainers).
