Welcome to Oak Cottage at Grapetown Cottages! A Fredericksburg Wine Country premier luxurious and modern farmhouse cottage nestled on three beautiful Texas Hill Country acres. Just right outside famous and lively downtown Fredericksburg, Texas! The outdoor spaces of this luxury Texas Hill Country oasis and retreat are a real gem and a fantastic place to create unforgettable memories and spend quality time with loved ones, family, and friends after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg's many wineries, shops, and restaurants.

This property is ideal for a family, couples, intimate weekend getaways, retreats, and special occasions such as anniversaries or birthdays. We look forward to you immersing yourself into this property's stunning hill country and hilltop views, gorgeous oak trees, abundant wildlife and scenery, beautiful night sky, and stars!

Oak Cottage features a luxury farmhouse kitchen, a cozy living room with a Smart-TV, and two king suites, each harboring private full baths. The cottage also has a great outdoor deck and patio, perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine or cocktail.

This rental only includes Oak Cottage for up to 4 individuals. On the same property is Elm Cottage. This is an additional private cottage that may or may not be rented during your rental of Oak Cottage. Elm Cottage is for only two individuals. Elm Cottage is not included in your rental of Oak Cottage. We ask you to treat any potential guests of Elm Cottage with respect and kindness.

*Grapetown Cottages-does have WIFI; however it is not a strong connection and may be spotty.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Frozen Ranch

We love the space... However, the property management added in to the problem with the stay. The Cozi group's check in was way too long, and charged you for so many hidden items. Wanted to charge you 65 dollars an hour for early check-in, and gave 2 options, either pay 58 one time or have 1000 as a refundable deposit. Very catty and unprofessional. Then they pepper you with texts, so much that you start to ignore the texts. Thats when they sent the texts about the faucets freezing. So we woke up to a room where we had no water, no way of use of toilets, showers, sinks at all. Had to call a 1-800 number. All in all, the property owner should not use Cozi anymore. Its a factory of fees and there is no personal attention or care for the property. The owner should use a more personalized service or do it themselves. The property is great, the managment is terrible. The property owner should take down all the signage and warnings and instructions off the walls in the property. It makes it very impersonal, way too focused on money, and you can't even get settled in the property before you get a text that it's time to leave and check out. All in all, it was a rushed bullied experience that keeps you tied to your phone, and never got to enjoy the house. I would strongly suggest ditching a huge company like Cozi. Nobody actually there to help, and a thousand ways to pull fees and another dollar out of you. Very misleading and disastifying

Great cottage for a weekend with friends

Everything about this location was perfect. The property manager made everything from the check-in/out, presentation and comfort of the home perfect. The property was great and exactly as advertised on the app. The rooms, the back yard, and living room were super comfortable. The only issue was the restroom. There's no public restroom. Each bedroom had a restroom and one restroom had a sliding door that really didn't give privacy. For a group of friends, everyone ended up using the main bathroom because you could hear everything from the second bathroom.

Beautiful House

We had an all girls weekend at this charming house. It was very easy to find and not far from anything. The house had everything and more. The only thing I wish we would have thought of was to bring firewood. We ordered firewood but never got it as we had a short stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Relaxing Getaway!

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this cottage. My kids enjoyed running around the spacious property, playing on the swings, and various games that were available. Would definitely love to do this again!
