This adorable one bedroom beach bungalow is 100 feet from the beach. The cottage has an open living room/kitchen with a bedroom off the family area. The small well equipped kitchen has everything you need. The family room has a pull out queen sofa bed with a television with cable. The lovely decorated bathroom has a shower only, no tub. A new split ac unit has been recently installed. There is a small deck off the kitchen where you can enjoy the ocean breeze. **SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - NO PETS ALLOWED**

We had a slip at sandwich marina for week. Short drive. Worked out great. Only thing was about12-18 inches around bed to move around.

Cute, but small

The property was clean and attractive, but very, very small. My husband, daughter and I stayed the weekend before taking our daughter to college mid-week. Once she left it got a little better, but I would say this property is good for 2 folks, tops. The walk to the beach was less than one minute, but potential renters should know that the beach is very rocky. We were not interested in swimming so it was fine for us. We had many nice walks along the beach, and star gazing was gorgeous as you are fairly far from light sources.

Great location.

Property was great, small and quick beach access. Property could have been cleaned better upon arrival considering the hefty cleaning fee.

Great location

We had a great time. The property manager made everything really easy to check in and out. The location is perfect and the private beach was a plus especially while we continue to social distance. Felt totally safe and was able to have a great vacation.
