Great VRBO!

Great unit in a good complex and really convenient location. This complex has great amenities and the elevators (yes, two!) are in great working order! (You dont get that everywhere!) The covered, reserved parking in the garage is super convenient. Ann is really responsive and super easy to work with. This unit is well maintained, well equipped and comes as advertised.

Summer 2022

The first impression when walking into the door is not quite what the pictures online portray. The place is in need of some updates (painting, new furniture, new mattress
to name a few). The room could’ve have also been cleaner. There was hair all over both bathroom floors and there were food wrappers etc, found beside the couch and underneath furniture. The water in the walk-in shower never got warm during our entire stay, and the thermostat can not be set below 71 which made the rooms hot and humid at times. While not all things are up to par, there are some positives. The views of the ocean and inter coastal waterway are stunning! There are beach chairs, etc available for use in the laundry closet, which was a nice addition. Plus, you are right on the beach! Overall, our stay was pleasant. We also had great communication from our host, Ann, before and during our stay. Added Note: When going from the lobby to the pool deck, make sure to watch your step. It is not level and you have to step down. There is not a sign or notice, and my 67 year old mom fell on our first day, and ended up with cuts and bruises.

Gorgeous view!

The view was gorgeous. Comfortable, plenty of space and great beach gear available. Being able to travel between pool, to beach to condo made our vacation perfect! I would stay again.

Very clean condominium. Great views, good access to the beach, no traffic on this part of the beach. Beach equipment/toys in the laundry area a plus. Would most definitely stay here again!

Beach trip

Very quiet. Beach was not over crowded and no cars were allowed to drive on it. Safe for little children. Condo was clean with beautiful ocean view. Well equipped. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful accommodations

We stayed at this condo for our daughters beach wedding and could not have been more pleased. The unit was clean and had plenty of supplies for our time. The host was accommodating since we had different family members on 2 different nights and it made for a relaxing time for everyone. The amenities of the complex were also perfect for our needs. My husband is already talking about enjoying a full week at a future date.

Excellent condo and view

We had been staying in New Smyrna Beach, but due to an earlier cancelled vacation we booked in Daytona Beach Shores. This was a fantastic condo that was nicely furnished and we had everything we needed. We were very pleased with the comfort of the furniture and beds. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome condo!!

Pam and I really enjoyed our stay here. The pictures are exactly what you get. Great view. Great location. Ann and George were awesome to deal with during the entire process. Questions were answered quickly. The no-drive beach is perfect and the proximity to everything is perfect. We will be back in the future.
