The highlight of the house is its massive wraparound porch where you will spend your mornings sipping coffee and after a full day at the beach your evening happy hours watching the town stroll by. If porches and fresh air aren’t your thing then the newly added rear sun/screen room with views out to the harbor and bay will be your relaxing and socializing hotspot. The warm inviting parlor is perfect for reading, relaxing or visiting. Large farm-style dining room just off the kitchen is suitable for even the largest of family meals and gatherings. Family room has 55" Smart TV with NetFlix and AppleTV. Three large bedrooms and one kids “cabin”. The home is centrally heated and cooled and the bedrooms have remote control celling fans. Two full renovated baths on the second floor and one ½ bath on the main level. Corner lot has large yard for outdoor activities and sundeck and stone patio leading to the garage where you can store your beach gear in the evenings.
