Awesome experience very nice home

This was our first time doing this and our host was just amazing any questions I had he was very prompt in answering, the property was very clean, beautifully organized and very cozy!!! We highly recommend this for a future stay!!! Beautiful outdoor patio view!!!

No propane

The grill didn’t have propane and I wish that would have been stated so we could have brought our own tank. The place also smelled kind of musty, like there’s hidden mold somewhere

Family visit.

Lake Arrowhead was a great little place to visit in the fall. Our home was away from the village just enough. There were five of us and we had plenty of room as the downstairs is almost like an apartment. The owner was very responsive to text messages. We had plenty of supplies for being in a home. We had plenty of kitchenware to cook a few meals. We really used the back deck each morning when the sun was up and it was relaxing and quiet. Of the evening we sat out front with lots of seating provided. The Village was good to walk, shop and eat as he had dinner twice at Lakeside Taproom. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing 24/7 amongst the trees.

This property was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The owner Tim was available to help me when I had a question. Though it was only my wife and I, this property was large and could accommodate a large family. We recommend this house for anyone who wants to be surrounded by beautiful forest why relaxing like royalty. Thank you very much for our getaway. This was the easiest, smoothest, VRBO experience to date. Recommend highly! Brad and Katie

Beautiful Spacious House

My mom is a picky person and very hard to please, but she loved this house. We stayed here during the last weekend in March 2021. The place was very clean and looked new. The main floor was nicely decorated and furnished, but not cluttered. My mom was impressed with the recliner chairs (5 of them). The furniture were not worn out and gross. We loved how there was a mini fridge on the bottom floor (and the bar). It made it easier to get water in the middle of the night. There was a nook/common area downstairs to relax. This place had everything like chairs on the deck, washer/dryer, and access to the garage (most places I have rented did not allow renters access to the garage). This house had beautiful decks that almost wrap around the house. The weekend we arrived, there was a deep patch of snow on the hillside. We had so much fun making our sledding ramp during the two days there. The kitchen was adequate. There were some items that I wished they had like cookie sheets, bigger cutting board or two cutting boards, and a scissor. Also, maybe stock up some simple board games or card games. Some how our GPS had a hard time taking us to the house on the first day. Once we got to the house, it was easy to find our way back. My mom said when we come back, book this place again. She liked this place more than the Big Bear cabin I booked 6 months ago. I totally agree with her. It house made our family trip perfect during the pandemic.

This was a very clean and spacious house. One bedroom and one bathroom on the main level and two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs. The master bedroom downstairs doors are accordion type doors. The master bath has a big tub and a shower. We loved the two level decks and how easily accessible they are. They have chairs for you to sit and enjoy the view. The kitchen was an average size. It wasn't fully stocked like other cabins I've been to. It did not have cookie sheets or steak knives. Their knives were also not sharp. Luckily my mom brought her own knife. The access to the garage and washer/dryer was very convenient. Most cabins/home will not allow guests to have access to the garage. We had a fun family weekend. My mom said next time to rent this house again and I agree. I will do it again since check-in and check-out was so easy with the key pad.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Property was exactly as stated in the description. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pot, pans, plates, bowls etc. The only thing we were missing was a cheese grater. Beds were comfortable, except for the sofa bed. Being a queen instead of a double, one couple decided on the sleeper sofa. Not comfortable for an adult or couple. Great for kids though. Luckily we brought an inflatable queen bed which saved the day. Some of the lamps weren’t working next to the bed but that’s an easy fix. Property was easily accessible to the lake, village and trails for walking. You did need to drive there but it’s a short trip. We would definitely like to book again, maybe summer or ski season.
