Perfect loft for two

This loft was super cute and located on the nicest house on a not-so-nice street. Many of the neighboring houses are quite run down student houses, but it was pretty quiet. The good news is that it is a short walk to downtown Flag, so you can park and walk almost everywhere. Check in with Meg was really easy and the loft was outfitted with a great kitchen. The bed is super comfy and the AC unit in the bedroom was nice as well. We will absolutely stay here again!

Had a great stay. Nice location and very cute.

Quick walk to San Francisco St and all of the restaurants, bars and shops. Loft was very clean, well appointed and the deck overlooking the backyard and trees was pleasant. Would stay here again.

Great location, beautiful space

My partner and I stayed at this great studio loft space for 5 days to telework and explore the Flagstaff area. The apartment was perfect for what we wanted out of this trip! It was so bright, airy, and comfortable, which was ideal for working during the day. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few simple meals. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The wifi was great for teleworking and we enjoyed using the YouTubeTV feature. You did have to be attentive when navigating the bedroom loft space due to the low ceiling at the top of the steps and the somewhat low ceiling fan. The bed was super comfortable though and there was lots of storage space for clothes in the loft. We absolutely loved the location of this place. We walked a couple blocks downtown everyday to try out different coffee shops or breweries or grab take-out for dinner. We also walked and went for runs through NAU's campus and on the nearby urban trail system. It was so nice not to have to take the car every time we wanted to go anywhere. Whole Foods is also very close by and we stopped there a couple times. Communication with Meg and Mike was great. It snowed during one of our days at the loft and Mike was so kind as to place a snow scraper/brush by our car in case we needed it. There was also a small mix-up with our entry code and Meg was available and fixed the issue in literally 30 seconds. It was a really great experience. I think my only suggestion would be to have some kind of blinds or curtains on the kitchen window and deck door. When sleeping in the loft you get all of the light coming in from the downstairs windows. We woke up every morning with the sun because of how bright it became. We didn't mind this too much but it could be an issue for other guests. We really enjoyed getting to know Flagstaff and using this home for our hub was great. We were comfortable and felt very safe and we'd absolutely stay here again for our next trip.

Flagloft

The loft was a nice little nest and convenient location to stay in while my husband and I were visiting Flagstaff. The communication with the property manager was easy and helpful. The close proximity to restaurants downtown was great.

Lovely Loft

The loft was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It was a short walk to several excellent restaurants and easy access to everything we did. The host provided several amenities that made the stay enjoyable (bottled water on the nightstands, snacks, soap and shampoo in the shower, and even a birthday cake since we were in town to celebrate my birthday). All instructions were easy to follow and readily available. All in all, a great stay!

Not my favorite but okay for a short trip

The good: Check in and check out process was seamless. I had a couple of questions for Meg, the property manager, during my 2-day stay and she was super quick in responding and very personable. I was looking for something that was walkable to the historic downtown area for restaurants etc and this place did meet expectations. The not-so-good: I had immediate concerns about the neighborhood when I drove up. Seems like an area that is "in transition". I wasn't sure if it was 100% safe but I had no issues while there. The loft was as billed but pretty average. Bathroom was downstairs which is not a deal-breaker but not super convenient either. No real window treatments in bedroom to block out sun in the morning - just light cloth drapery - and most of the downstairs windows had none. Internet connection on the Smart TV seemed to cut out a few times. Also, my husband (who is not very tall) bumped his head twice when coming down the stairs from the loft. Yes, they do warn about this in the check-in instructions but worth noting. The really questionable: Given we're in the midst of the pandemic, I was concerned about the dirty cutlery tray in one drawer and guests being asked to do their own dishes and put them away prior to leaving. Why charge a cleaning fee and still have to strip bed, empty trash and do dishes? Seems pretty ridiculous to me. Overall it was ok - not terrible but not great either. I would likely stay elsewhere on a future visit.

A fantastic stay

My husband and I had a wonderful 5 nights staying here with our dog Sandy. The photos don’t do this place justice - it is absolutely gorgeous, the light is beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (basics like oil, salt, pepper), we enjoyed drinking our coffee and eating lunch on the little balcony. The location is ideal - it was easy to be able to walk down to downtown nearby, or to whole foods. We would 100% recommend this place and stay here again if we could. Thanks again for having us!

Attractive, contemporary place near downtown

This place was as billed: an appealing space, though fully furnished which was also most comfortable. It is walking distance to downtown near lots of shops and restaurants. And the hosts were most accessible and supportive for the couple of logistical questions we did have. I’d highly recommend this space for comfort and convenience. And the gas fireplace was an extra stylish perk.

The Treehouse

My girlfriend and I stayed in this property for 8 nights while in Flagstaff. It made for a perfect home base for our Northern AZ travels. It sits on a quiet, centrally located street and is walking distance to 10 or 15 restaurants. The hostess Meg provides over the top concierge level service. I requested flowers and a charcuterie board prior to our arrival. Meg delivered and they were perfect. The loft is brand new and feels like it. From any window all you can see is treetops giving it a very private and romantic feel. It was equipped with everything from a french press coffee maker to champagne flutes. The bed is comfortable and the AC kept up in 90 degree heat. We can't recommend this loft highly enough. Greg and Kim

Walk to Downtown!

Great downtown loft

This newly renovated space was just what we were looking for during our weekend getaway to Flagstaff. It’s one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in with thoughtful touches. One thing to note is the bathroom is not on the same floor as the bedroom but it wasn’t a problem. The kitchen was well equipped for us to use and the bed was very comfortable.
