Sleek and stylish three-bedroom unit located on the second floor facing north-east and directly across the road to Fingal Bay Beach and Surf Club.

15 The Dunes has recently been refurbished with comfortable, modern furnishings that compliments the spacious open plan living area, the living area opens out onto the balcony which provides the perfect place for alfresco dining experience. The property provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities and the convenience of a dishwasher.

Three fantastic size bedrooms with the main having the second TV, ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and access to the front balcony to allow the beautiful sea breeze to flow through. The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, vanity and toilet and there is an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer.

The Dunes is located across the road to the children’s playground, shared walking and cycling paths, café, beach and Surf Club. The Surf Club offers a fantastic dining experience with sensational views whilst enjoying your lunch, dinner or just a relaxing coffee.

There is also the bowling club around the corner, Friendly Grocery store and Fingal Bay Cellars all within a 2-minute drive.

The complex provides a communal swimming pool and tennis court for your entertainment and a single garage for one vehicle.

Great Location

We loved the location, just cross the road and you’re at the beach. The pool and tennis court in the complex were great too. Nice sized apartment with an abundance of board games to use. The windows and sliding doors need an upgrade. They rattled a lot and opening the sliding door from the master to the balcony was tricky. A little too over priced but overall we had a great stay.

Family holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at Fingal Bay. It was a great location, the apartment was very spacious with large bedrooms and all furnishings and kitchen was clean and modern. The pool, tennis court and grounds were very well maintained and very clean. It was disappointing that there was no wifi, which we failed to check on the listing when booking but haven’t stayed anywhere without before so didn’t think to check. It wouldn’t have been a problem but for the fact that we also had no phone reception either within the apartment, despite the mobile tower just down the road. It made planning and booking activities a little challenging. Whilst the apartment has been updated, all sliding doors and windows need to be serviced or replaced as they were difficult to open and close and the screens were full of holes so we had a bug invasion one night. The windows had safety locks so they couldn’t be opened too far which is understandable for those with small children but without ceiling fans or air conditioning it would be unbearable sleeping there in the height of summer. Pedestal fans would not be enough. Great apartment just needs a few final touches.
