Convenience is enhanced by the proximity to local Diamond Harbour town within 5 mins, public transport routes and zoning for Cashmere High School. Ferry to Lyttelton from Diamond Harbour town is operated daily and a short stroll of 30 minutes drive to Christchurch town, 50 minutes drive to Christchurch International Airport ensures an easy access to this private get-away perfect holiday house. What's more, it is an epic drive through the Port Hill mountain with great views of the Bank Peninsula.
Puru Bay, Church Bay and lots of beach access are just around the corner. Orton Bradley Park, the hidden Gem, offers you great family activities ranging from the famous Rhododendron Walk to the popular Waterfall Gully Track and beyond to the DOC Packhorse Hut or Mt Herbert. A 9 hole golf course, children's adventure playground, with flying fox situated next to a small stream are for all members of the WhÄnau.
