Great location!

My family was in town to visit Disney World and Universal Studios. From this property, it is a short drive to both, making it a great location. We felt very at home in the space. The bunk bed room was great for my grandsons and having Netflix set up was a bonus. Communication with the management company and checking-in was very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay when vacationing

A great home, super close to Disney (8-15mins) & Universal (15-20 mins). The enclosed area in the back may have been my favorite part of this house. A great place to have breakfast and just relax in the evenings. There is a wonderful community pool and hot tub that my family really enjoyed. Very clean and a wonderful place for our vacation. Thank you for the use of your home!

Trip to Disney

Had a great stay. Surrounding neighborhood a little sus but overall the place was clean and was a comfortable landing spot after long days at the parks. An ant issue that was quickly resolved by the manager. The community pool was closed twice during our stay so that put a damper on our families experience since we chose this property to use the pool- but that’s not the fault of this condos management. Thanks for hosting us!

Pictures and description spot on. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint about the actually house could also be a a positive is the door doesn't automatically lock. Didn't realize it the first night and left the house unlocked when I went to Walmart. It's nice when your bringing things in and out. 2nd and completely out of owners hands wish the resort offered shuttles to the parks. Seen deer on the property. Well definitely rent the property again. Once in bed didn't even here old Towne.

Cute, clean and close to EVERYTHING

My husband and I shared this unit with 2 other families while there for UCA National Cheer Competition and plan to do so again the next few years. The location is PERFECT for anything you could need. It's just a short, low stress drive to any of the parks and everything else you could need is within 2 miles or so. The unit was exactly as advertised...CLEAN, quaint with plenty room and very tastefully decorated. Our group especially enjoyed the screened in patio. Although close to neighbors the patio was very quiet and private. The property management was very prompt and polite any time we needed them....which was NONE after we arrived. The common areas are super nice and resort staff were always helpful with a smiling face. We highly recommend this property and management group and have added them to our FAVORITES!

Nice house

The house was nice. It could be more stuffed, decoration is ok although not stunning as other houses in the same area. Good price for value. The tone from the signs indicating all the cleanning you need to do and potential extra costs you might have if you dont follow all the rules seems not friendly, which I didnt like. I think having to wash linens and towels is a bit too much of an ask for only a couple days of rental in an area like kissimmee. . We always leave the houses in good condiciones but this request I havent seen before.The requirements of signed contracts and ID beforehand were also a bit annoying. Overall despute these details the house was ok and confortable.

Great location, lovely home

We stayed here over spring break for a non Disney Florida trip. The home was lovely and very clean and had everything we needed to be extra comfortable on our trip. The kids loved the pool and walking to old town one night was a fun experience. The only issue we encountered was we paid an extra fee to check in early as we had a very early am flight and confirmed it multiple times with the property managers. When we got there the cleaners were there and very upset we were early and no one ever told them. The cleaners were so kind and worked very hard to make things lovely, but it was embarrassing that there clearly was no communication with the property management and them and made us feel uncomfortable as they were just doing their job and had no idea. There was an unexpected power loss the first night to next morning, without a storm, so we were unsure if we would loose all our food or not and it was very, very hot, but obviously that was a chance you take with Florida weather. Overall it was a great location, close to lots of major places to visit and the house was very clean, with fun amenities for families.

Great Location, Odd Process

The townhouse was in a GREAT location! We were able to take our golf cart (street legal) and drive to Old Town, Gaylord Palms, Icon Park, Sea World and tons of Restaurant and Shopping options. Would have been super easy to make it to the Disney parks as well. There was plenty of room for our family and it was quiet. The check in process was odd since they consider a reservation made a month ahead "last minute." I had to send a selfie with my ID and a picture of my CC to verify my identity even though we booked through VRBO. Fortunately they were very responsive as I didn't see this requirement until we were on our way to the house and they replied almost immediately with the access information. There is also no "starter" cleaning supplies but they require you to wash the towels and dishes before checking out. I completely understand the need to clean dishes and start a load of towels before checking out of a house as this is has been a typical requirement for most places we have rented. The odd part is that this is a requirement but they don't provide any supplies so it made me nervous about how clean the items were if the expectation was for previous renters to ensure they were clean. What I have usually seen is that there would be at least enough dishwasher pods/dish soap and laundry supplies to do at least 1-2 loads. Maybe it's just my trust issues that make me think that not all people are respectful enough to make sure they leave clean supplies.

The house is actually 10min away from Disney parks. Great conditions and just as advertised. My only comment: they sent somebody to repair the A/C but never told us. We just find out when somebody knocked on the door. But all good, guy did the work and all good from then on.

Overall happy :)

We stayed at the house for three nights. The management was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The house is clean and super easy to check into. The only reason I would give it four stars instead of five stars is because there was only one garbage bag and no dishwasher soap and no laundry soap. I planned on purchasing my own laundry soap anyway for my clothes but the property manager does ask that you wash all the towels and all the dishes prior to checking out. It would’ve just been nice to have one or two pods Of each detergent to do that with. And also there wasn’t even one extra roll of toilet paper. I’ve stayed at other timeshares before never an air b & b So maybe that is just my fault for not understanding that that’s how this is. But overall I would stay there again and I would give it 4-5 stars

The location is extremely desirable. It is right next to Old Town in Kissimmee and Fun Spot, along with plenty of shopping within walking distance. Be prepared to bring enough laundry detergent and dish detergent to wash and dry all your dishes and towels you used during the stay as that is an expectation. Also you will have to remove all the linens from the beds and put them near the laundry prior to leaving. We did have a leaky ceiling while we were there, which requires someone to come and fix. They had to turn off the water for 24 hours to the bathroom upstairs. The stove could use an update and maybe the trim and doors painted again, and some new sinks. It is definitely used as a rental. Just FYI. But the location, pool and the amount of space in the rental apartment was very nice.

Nice place

Place was clean and nice. Only complaint would be the lack of supplies. There was only 1 kitchen garbage bag and 2 dishwasher pods. There was no dish soap or laundry detergent as specified there would be.

Nos sentimos como en casa. Lo mejor es la ubicación. Muy cerca de Disneyworld. Y a tan solo 20 min de Universal. Todo excelente y muy cómodo. Un plus el Old Town justo al lado. Donde consigues comida y atracciones.

Perfect for families

This was perfect for my family of 6! Super close to all the Disney parks, which we loved. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within minutes. The pool was great, plenty of chairs. Wish the slides were open other than just the weekends but we were there in an off season so I get it. This unit is very close to the amusement park rides at Old Town, and we could hear the rides and the riders until late at night. Not a big deal for my husband and I who can tune that stuff out, and my kids had sound machines. Many neighbors like to sit on their patios and visit late into the night also, which can be quite noisy. But if you’ve ever lived in an apartment complex you’ll be fine. The unit itself was clean with comfortable beds and furniture. We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen worked out great for us. Could have used a few more items (casserole dish, etc) but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient to Parks & GREAT POOL AREA

Great place to stay very affordable and a hop skip and a jump to the parks. Pool area was great kids loved it. Only draw back was 2 things. 1. The water slides were on open on Friday and Saturday and if its chilly out side they did not open them at all. 2. Condo had sugar ants, but management was very responsive and had someone out right way.
