Lovely location

Perfect place to stay and explore Boyne City, as well as nearby Harbor Springs and Charlevoix. The view is gorgeous and peaceful.

Easter Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect condo for a last minute getaway. The location was perfect, the views were beautiful, and the decor and cleanliness of the condo were excellent. I would highly recommend this condo!

Great location! Nice property!

I stayed here for midwinter break with my 2 kids so we could go skiing. We found the place very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The location couldn’t be beat for walking to town for food. And the nearby sledding hill and ice skating was a lot of fun too!

Perfect little place!

We loved staying at this property for a quick ski weekend. It was even nicer than we even expected from the pics. Everything was super clean; the check in process was very easy & everyone was very friendly. I would love to come stay again in the summer to enjoy the lake!

Beautiful View

Beautiful view of the water and sunsets. Private patio to sit, sip coffee, read a book, and just drink in the beautiful view. Condo very pretty, very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Could take a short walk to town and choose from several places to eat. We will be back. Hopefully price stays the same and doesn't go up so we can afford to come and stay a few times a year as our up north getaway.

Great Get Away!

Loved the property. Especially being able to open patio door and walk to beach/water. Even sitting on patio was a wonderful view. Boyne City is a cute little town, good restaurants, shops etc. And is so close to other area attractions. Our stay was mid September, so not prime busy time - which was also nice for us. If you are even "thinking" about booking a stay.. I say DO IT... life is too short, and you won't regret it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, I appreciate that when we arrived earlier than expected we were allowed to check in to our unit. (Friendly staff thank you)Our unit 112 was meticulously clean and comfortable.The grounds are so well kept and having the chairs on the beach for guests is inviting. This was our second time staying at the Water Street Inn and it was just as nice as the first time. So it’s nice to know that the management is consistent in the care. Thank you.

Anniversary Getaway

Gem on the lake

The view of the lake and access to the beach was amazing. The location is perfect if you want to venture to other small towns for the day but not do a long drive. The condo is cozy and was clean.
