Suite 309 är en tredje våningen svit med fantastisk utsikt över Lake Charlevoix från både vardagsrummet och sovrummet på övervåningen. Köket är fullt utrustat med diskmedel och köksredskap redo för måltider i badrummet. Detta pentry har två barstolar för extra sittplatser och ett matbord för två. Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa för queen size-säng, gas-öppen spis och platt-TV. Den glidande glasdörren öppnas till en privat balkong med utsikt över vår privata strand. På övervåningen hittar du ett uppdaterat badrum med en stor duschkabin, tillsammans med ett sovrum med en king size-säng och platt-TV.

Incredible stay!

Amazing location! Beautiful Views of lake Charlevoix, close to everything in Boyne City. Comfortable and cozy accommodations. Perfect after a day skiing. Can’t wait to return!

Ski weekend in Boyne City

Great place to stay for our family ski weekend. Short drive to the slopes and easy walk to downtown for restaurants.

Very, very nice -- perfect for a couples get away!!

The property was very well maintained and the location was perfect to enjoy all that Boyne City had to offer. Everything just a short walk a way. Easy drive to other locations -- Charlevoix, Petosky and Walloon.

Quiet and Serene Anniversary Getaway.

This is a beautiful location, right on the shores of Lake Charlevoix. We loved the view and the quaint downtown of Boyne City. This is a great location within walking distance of everything you need. We will definitely be back.

Nice but musty

The property was clean and in good shape, but slightly dated. There was a musty smell on the main floor like the carpet had been wet and never properly dried. My gorlfriend and I both have mold allergies and they flared up during our time in the condo. We would both feel relief when we left the room and are slowly feeling better now that we have been out of the condo for 24 hours.

Reviewer Comments: Bugs on towels in bathroom—happened on two different occasions and days.Poor mattress in upstairs bedroom. No support. Exacerbated low back pain.Poor cleanliness of beach area as I found a broken beer bottle on the beach. My toddler was within a few inches of stepping on it. Had been to this rental since 2018 but with my recent trip in July 2023, I’m rethink booking at another rental.Sad
