I was catfished… This property looks so amazing and beautiful in the photos. When we arrived, the home was disgusting. Stain rugs, carpet, furniture, and bedding. Mold in the bathroom ceilings. The pool was a tent of green. I used my own money and cleaning supplies to tidy up the home before more family came the following day. When I brought it to the property owners attention, they explained that they would forward my concerns to the local property manager. No one reached out. There wasn’t any accommodation for the disgusting conditions of my stay. I was there for six days. Also, there were hidden fees that were charged after the fact from Vrbo that were outside of Expedia.This home needs a total renovation inside and out. I would not recommend this home to another family.. I was embarrassed for my family to come to this home. I also have photos that I would gladly post if I could.
