Denna enastående villa ligger på den fantastiska exklusiva semesterorten Solana och har sova 14 och har sex sovrum, fem badrum, ett halvt badrum, som nyligen renoverades.

Incredible setting

Pictures do not do this home justice. The house is a 10. Well furnished, very clean excellent accommodation. Very one in my party completely satisfied and comfortable. I am very pleased with easy and respectful communication with owner. I highly recommend.

EVERYTHING WE EXPECTED…AND MORE!

Our stay was totally awesome from day 1 to last. The house is super clean, well supplied throughout. We were ok with the pool never heating up because we were close to landmarks and shopping. The lighting in the house could’ve been brighter. The host was kind and quick to respond to my emails. My family was happy for this time to spend together.

Wrong address in VRBO ad

The place was very adequate for our stay and location was good. But very minimally stocked and inadequate in some items. No soap in bathrooms. 1 dishtowel. No dish soap. 2 dishwasher pods. Screen around pool torn, carpet not clean, pool had leaves and debris in bottom. Extra $100 + charge to heat pool,. Several lights burned out, TV didn't work. No batteries in TV Channel selector, . Cannot use garage, no door opener. The address is different than the VRBO lists. It's 2 units down which made check in confusing. Manager was helpful and quick to respond.

Location is great!

We stayed for a long weekend for a family weekend in Polk City! The location was great to get to Orlando, Kissimmee, and the surrounding areas. Very nice, newer suburban area.

Awesome home!

Absolutely the best vacation home we have ever stayed at! The host was extremely fast to answer any questions we had, before and during our stay. The home was very clean and exactly as advertised. The neighborhood was gated so you felt very safe and the subdivision was beautiful. The clubhouse was an added bonus with putt-putt, an arcade, bar, large pool and more. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants near by. About 30-45 minutes from just about every major attraction in Orlando. We will be staying here anytime we return to the area. I highly recommend!

Overall - OK

The property served its purpose which was for a golf trip. That meant we didn't spend a lot of time in the home which probably turned out to be a good thing.It was semi-beat and you could tell the place was used frequently. Only 1 room had a ceiling fan that operated. Another room had one which was broken and the others didn't have one at all. That seemed odd for a home in Florida. Hot tub wasn't really a hot tub but more of a bubbler and when you used it, you heated the entire pool so that was a waste of $75. Furniture was worn out (breakfast table was wobbly, sectional didn't hook together so pieces would slide over the floor when you sat down). Sheets for the beds were low quality and the pillows were basic. THe keypad lock on the front door is a huge pain because in the afternoon the sun shines directly on it and you can't see the display. Plus, its such an odd setup that its not a normal display pad - almost cryptic in how you are to enter the code. I felt like I was cracking a safe. We gave up and just entered via the back patio door. I'm not sure I would call the neighborhood amenities as a "resort". It was a general neighborhood with a community pool and picnic area. The pros were the owner was super responsive and he said he would have things addressed. For what we needed, it did the job but I wouldn't be using this for a family vacation where people wanted to relax and unwind at the end of a long day.

Great House

10 of us stayed at this home for a few days while visiting Disney. The location was great only about 25 minutes from the parks. We loved how spacious the home was and especially loved the pool area. The host is very accommodating and quick to respond. Will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Great Vacation Getaway!

The property and community are beautiful! The location is great! Restaurants and shopping close to the property and an easy drive to the Disney parks. While it was just my husband and myself, this home would eaisly accommodate a large family or possibly several couples. The outdoor space was great and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation home

Our holiday was really enjoyable; this villa features a huge swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and numerous rooms. This location is amazing. The host is quite knowledgeable and very helpful.

Family House for Family Fun

This 6 bedroom house with 1st floor master and upstairs bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms was the perfect house for a multi generational family celebration. We had plenty of room for groceries, cooking and eating family meals. We played games at the large dining room table, watched football and Christmas movies in the family room and gathered in the living room for gift giving. I highly recommend this neighborhood and house.

Spacious home

Check in was pretty easy. The home has comfortable sleeping for 12 people, maybe 13 if you put three kids in one of the 4 king bed rooms. We loved the fact that we had access to so many bathrooms. Bringing your own towels and face cloths if you have a large party because we did not have enough. Our whole party enjoyed the pool and screened in pool area. Overall our family of 13 had a great time! The home is located about 20-25 mins to Disney parks and 40-50 mins from Universal Studios because of traffic.

Great gathering place for families

The house is very suitable for large groups or families and located in a nice gated resort community. Great pool, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens and towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this house and would definitely stay here while visiting Florida again! Thank you for a good stay!

Highly pleased

We were very pleased with our stay. The owner and property manager were so attentive and prompt in their communication. A couple of issues arose before the stay (both were my fault) and they communicated with me and resent me the necessary information that I needed. The property was exactly what we expected it to be from the listing. It was clean and spacious and easily accommodated our party. It had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the outside area where the kids could swim, my husband could grill and ample seating for everyone to sit around and play board games and visit. We were very satisfied with the accommodations and will look into this same property the next time we are looking for a vacation home.

Large House but you get what you pay for

I received a few emails with the correct address but received another one with address a few houses down. I’m assuming now that was for gps purposes. We did have some confusion with figuring out which house because of that. When we arrived there was trash piled up next to and filling the trash cans in the driveway right by where you park. Flies, maggots, the smell was terrible. We arrived on Saturday, trash goes on Monday, we smelled it every time we left the house. Owner was very apologetic for it, the previous people had a party and hadn’t cleaned up anything. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The house had been cleaned, beds were comfortable. I would recommend more towels, there were only a couple in each bathroom. We had an issue with the air conditioner not draining properly, the floors were getting wet from it. I called, owner handled it right away. Everything else seemed fine and we enjoyed our stay. That was till the night before we left, my sister-n-law in an upstairs bedroom informed us that there were some kind of bug on her bathroom ceiling. She hadn’t said anything because she didn’t want to ruin our trip. She first noticed them when we had air conditioner issues, maybe from the drain not sure. We went to check it wasn’t a small issue, the ceiling and walls had some kind of beetles everywhere. I didn’t bother with reporting it due to leaving the next morning. Over all I wouldn’t recommend this property, it wasn’t anything on the owner, poor management.
