Excellent stay for Winter Park

Property is in a great location, everything was clean and proper working, upon entering and throughout stay. As expected for a ski condo unit. Planning to stay here again.

Great Home Base for Ski Trip

5 of us were very comfortable in this roomy Winter Park condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was comfortable. We also really enjoyed being able to finish the day in the nearby pool, hot tub and sauna after skiing.

Will not reserve again.

Don’t mind vintage but want things clean. Lots of unfinished DIY repairs, obvious that the sheets hadn’t been changed in main bedrooms wrinkles and pieces of hair from previous occupants. Food crumbs on table in 2nd bedroom just bname a few

Condo Experience

I’ve stayed at two units within this condo community now. This unit is on the basic side. It is also undergoing upgrades to the master toilet/shower area. Contact was easily reachable and helpful. Unit needs hot pads for the oven and the people working the pool said the quarterly dues had not been paid for us to be able to use it. We opted not to bother the owner about it.

Great location!

Great location, and the convenience of the bus route was wonderful! We enjoyed the pool and pool noodles from the condo. The condo also had sleds! The kitchen needs to be restocked with some things like spatulas and the pans are pretty ruined/scratched, and very hard to clean. Having foil and Tupperware would have been great too. The twin beds were great for our kids, the king bed is very very firm. The last thing was the side door that went into the room with twin beds was a little odd and the lock seemed to be needed to be adjusted/fixed.

Beaver Village Condo

Very close to Winter Park and nice club house. The bus pickup is right out front. Great price! We arrived a day early and the owner got us in which was very nice. Someone really needs to go through and organize closets, kitchen cupboards, under sinks and check extra blankets/ pillows to eliminate the ones that are ripped up. Also, in April the clubhouse doesn’t have towels so extra towels in the condo would be nice.

This place for college students

The best thing about this unit is that it is right on the bus line. This was the reason why I picked this condo since I stayed in another unit in the same complex in March 2024.Overall, this unit needs to be updated. Living and dining areas are cozy and comfortable, and the fire place is a plus! The pots and pans in the kitchen are so beat up, for us like to cook at home, this is a big negative point. And, this is so easy to fix - Walmart sells pretty cheap pots and pans, replace them annually that does not cost much! Two dish wash detergent tablets for 4 nights stay and there are only 6 dinner plates, 3 for breakfast and 3 for dinner in 1 day. We had to buy extra. Hand and dish soaps are so watering down, not sure how much money can be saved there buy the owner.Bedroom furniture are 90s ones. Beds are well too soft, caused back pain and they make noise as you moved around. Bathrooms have 90s style A bar soap for the showers, it is not much of as for travelers who paid to have some basic travel needs. And, the towels were dirty.I really cannot recommend this unit to any travelers, other than college students are looking for cheap place to sleep.

Mouse poop and stiff beds

There was mouse poop discovered throughout the rental and, out of the 6 bed spots advertised, only the king bed was comfortable. The two twins and the pull out may as well have been cardboard on top of springs.

Condo itself was ok but really gross shower curtain and bath mat were unacceptable. Since we were asked to strip sheets as well, the stained pillows and mattresses were also very disappointing.

Wonderful time at Beaver Village

Excellent location close to the club house and steps from the bus line. The snowshoeing and skiing in the area was exceptional. Comfortable and clean unit and a very responsive and welcoming host. We would love to stay there again.

Perfect for winter or summer vacation

Great place in a quiet community. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. There was plenty of space for the kids and adults. All appliances and amenities worked well with no issues. The pool and hot tubs were perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking and biking. We really liked how close the condo was to the main town area but also only a few minute drive from the resort. We will definitely be back.

Great stay for the price

This unit was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The door knob was very hard to open from the inside. That is the only thing I would recommend they fix. Overall great value.

Good location

The location of the condo was great. Close to everything. We enjoyed our stay but we thought the place need an update. Furniture and condo feels old. We like that it was warm and the location was great. Pool and jacuzzi were great. We didn’t like that the wifi didn’t work and the place was very old. The door and furniture need mayor update.

Beaver Village Condo

The condo was in a perfect location to Winter Park and to the Little Village. The pictures make the condo look a lot bigger than what it really is. Unfortunately, it could really use some updating as well. It was sufficient for our needs for this trip.

Nice place!

We had rented this place for our family but half way there our son had to have an appendectomy so half the family traveled on and half of us stayed back. The half that went on really loved the place. The AC didn’t work which was odd but they said there were box fans in the room. The laundry area was nice they said. Overall very pleased with their stay.
