As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.
NOTE: - Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25. - All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children. - Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book" - We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement. - We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). - We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info - For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. - Bins must be put out for collection day indicated. - BBQ must be left clean or guests will be charged $100. - All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.

Auchenflower Townhouse Among the Trees
My husband, puppy and I recently stayed here while we were looking for a permanent new home to rent. This townhome is beautifully appointed and very appealing. Clean, spacious and close to all the areas we needed to visit. Management were easily reached and helped us with our questions as they came up. We would definitely recommend this place place to anyone looking for comfort with more than a touch of class.
