Park Avenue Terrace 1 is a 1 BEDROOM in a 3-bedroom townhouse with a stunning kitchen and beautifully relaxing large outdoor space with BBQ; located in a small complex in Auchenflower, Brisbane. A perfect couple getaway with your pet! You will have exclusive access to this townhouse throughout your stay. The property is pet friendly.

Walking distance to Wesley Hospital, train station, cafe, bottle shop, Rosalie cafes and an easy and very short drive to Toowong shopping centre and CBD.

You'll have access to 1 BEDROOM in this large 3-bedroom townhouse with full ducted air-conditioning.

As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.

You and your guests will have access to:
The master bedroom & ensuite
The downstairs laundry & toilet
The kitchen & dining & living area

2 off-street covered car parks

**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**

You can add additional guests at a charge of $50 per guest per night. Please note: a pet fee of $37 per animal, per night (max. 2) will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $1000.

You'll have access to 1 BEDROOM in a 3 bedroom townhouse. All other rooms will be off limits, unless organized prior to check-in. Usage of the other 2 bedrooms will result in a charge of $100 per night stayed.
You will have exclusive access to this townhouse throughout your stay. The property is pet friendly.

Note: There is currently no microwave at is as it. We are waiting on it being delivered.

NOTE:
- Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- Bins must be put out for collection day indicated.
- BBQ must be left clean, or guests will be charged $100.
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.

Disappointing

The noise and fumes from the traffic being only 60m from a major road was so bad I had to sleep on the couch for two nights, no wonder they won't provide you with the actual address until after you have paid, I wouldn't have stayed hear if I knew the location. The whole unit needs a deep clean, the floors were sticky and disgusting. The smell from the room deodoriser the cleaners had sprayed was so strong I wanted to vomit. The NBN was dreadfully slow. The towel holder missing in the bathroom. The bottom toilet seat won't stay up in the ensuite. If you're going to have cheap plastic plants, at least make sure they aren't tattered and covered in dust. I also found the questioning as to why I was staying very obtrusive as it is none of your business that I was saying goodbye to my dying mother. I cannot recommend this place.
