We’re back and better than ever! You had to put your beach vacation on hold – but we are ready for you now! While our homes and town may look a little different and yards may not be as lush while Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, you will find all our homes have been either renovated or rebuilt, passing thorough inspections to meet your needs. Please be sure to read listing descriptions carefully when choosing your home.
A rental agreement that requires your signature will be emailed to you at the time of booking. The agreement needs to be complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most, but not all, properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have restrictions based on the weight, age, or size of the dog; however, 2 is the maximum number allowed. If any unauthorized pet is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.
You must be at least Twenty-Five (25) Years old and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three (3) years old is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We provide Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your door lock code and check-in instructions through your guest portal and via email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
