An Exceptional Stay in a Perfect Villa

Our stay at this villa exceeded all expectations. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and offered every comfort imaginable, from cozy beds to well-equipped living spaces. The location was stunning, peaceful, and private, yet conveniently accessible. We especially loved the outdoor areas, which were immaculate and ideal for relaxing. Every detail matched the listing perfectly, and the host, Ana was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Close to awesome cliff top hiking trails

The property was very clean & as described. The pool isnt heated and, at the time of our stay, meant quick chilling dips. Access to trail systems along the cliffs was a big positive for us on the location; less so a nearby sewage lift station that sometimes off gassed.

Vale de Tehla perfect stay

Ana's villa is gorgeous, lovely layout, so stylish, the pool, terrace and garden are perfect. The location is good with small local bar/ restaurants/ bakery easily walkable, and the great beach and buzzing area of Arifana a very short drive. Ana is a great host, and the property was very clean and extremely well equipped. Thank you for a great stay!

Paradise in Aljezur

This house was everything we needed: cosy, clean and practical, near a road where you can walk up to the ocean, and away from the crowds. We drove north up to Odeceixe, inland to Monchique and south down to Carrapateira and had very nice walks everywhere. We love this part of the Algarve! Thank you Ana, for always being availabe if we needed something :-)

Chilled house with nice pool and wonderful garden

Ana was an exceptional host. Her property has the right vibes and is equiped with everything you need (including dish washer and washing machine). Almost everything you can wish for is close by. The area itself is very quite and you have good access to the nearby beaches (altough you need a car). The house is an easy recommendation. Thank you Ana.

Winter Retreat in the sun

The villa is situated on the edge of the development of Vale de Telha with uninterrupted views across national park land to the sea. The south westerly aspect of the property means that it has the best of the sunshine during the day. This is a newly constructed villa using the latest technology design. It is not traditional Portuguese architecture but has all the elements of the latest ideas of home construction. The novel design incorporates a living block and a separate bedroom block joined with a glass walled courtyard area. One glass wall end folds back extending the courtyard onto the patio area surrounding the swimming pool. The house has under floor heating which is supplied via solar panels and heat pump systems. The pool is heated using spare energy from the house. The bedroom block has 3 good sized bedrooms each with their own en suite shower room. The living block is of open plan design consisting of a kitchen/dining area and a lounge with large windows over looking the pool. There is a separate cloakroom toilet facility between the two areas. We stayed in the villa during the winter months of February to April and found it an ideal holiday home. During the inevitable cool weather periods the under floor heating kept us cosy and warm whilst keeping the light airy feel of the living spaces. As the weather warmed up we were able to take the advantage of sliding the glass doors back and extending the living space out onto the patio area around the pool. There is plenty of space for 6 people with 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has a door out onto a patio area over looking the national park to the sea. Being very new, the garden areas have yet to develop. The hedge down the side of the garden will in time give privacy to the pool area which at the moment is a bit exposed to public view. The owner of the villa lives just across the road and is on hand if there are any issues that need attention with the villa. We are intending to return for another holiday to this villa and have no hesitation in recommending it as a 5 star holiday property.

Schönes Haus nahe toller Strände

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Anas Haus. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Highlights sind der Pool und die Terrasse, von wo man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann. Vielen Dank an Ana. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Um tesouro em vale da Telha

Quando fizemos esta reserva estavamos um pouco receosos com a localização, pois as preferências eram mais perto de Monte Clérigo no entanto nada a apontar. A D. Ana recebeu nos super bem e realmente a casa não desilude. Espaço suficiente para todos, piscina convidativa, e com todo o equipamento necessário para alguém que como eu faz bastantes refeições em casa. O facto da ala dos quartos ficar separada das áreas sociais como a cozinha e a sala confere privacidade e descanso Sem dúvidas um local a repetir!

Notre séjour dans la maison d’Ana a été formidable. La maison est exceptionnelle, très bien conçue avec des matériaux de qualité, et une décoration de très bon goût. La piscine est très agréable et une vue magnifique. Repos garantie dans une région qui a gardé son authenticité, paysages sauvages, et plages somptueuses, de plus nous avons bénéficié d’une météo exceptionnelle. Le paradis ! Si c’était possible nous décernerions 10 étoiles.

Ein tolles Haus

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in Ana's Haus. Es war alles perfekt. Ein toller Pool, ein toller Blick, auch das Meer ist zu sehen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren gemacht und sauber, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, eine bestens ausgestattete Küche, eine Außendusche am Pool, was wunderbar war wenn man vom surfen vom Strand kommt. Wir hatten wirklich tolle und wundervolle Tage in Aljezur, wir waren viel surfen in Arrifana, waren ausreiten, die Kinder hatten viel Spass am Pool und es gab schöne Sonnenuntergänge abends. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir danken Dir Ana für die schöne Zeit in deinem Haus.

Fabulous villa in a charming location

We loved staying here - very calm, well-equipped and perfect place for a break. We walked, rested, visited lots of cool beaches, surfed and ate fresh fish. Ana was a great host and reacted quickly to one request we made. Highly recommend!

Amazing late season stay

An amazing late season in a special place. Ana the owner is great, communication was perfect. Check-in and check out suberp. The house is so well equipped especially for a family with young children. The pool area and outside is what made it for us. Great takeaway food nearby making it a great option for a care free holiday. Thanks Ana.

Férias revigorantes

A casa corresponde a todas as fotos do anuncio. Bem equipada e decorada, o que torna o ambiente bastante acolhedor. Muita luz e contacto com o exterior. A zona da piscina é bastante agradável, pois é composta por várias zonas ( jardim e zona de convívio interior e exterior; churrasco; relvado bem tratado, ...). Os atoalhados super cheirosos. A casa recebe o sol desde manha até ao final do dia, o que permite aproveitar o exterior TODO o dia. A proprietária é muito simpática e acessível. Recomendo 100%. A voltar um dia :)

Very nice and comfortable villa with nice view from the pool.

I had a great time with two daughters in this beautiful villa. The owner is living just over the street and very Kind and helpful. Also was the neighbour. Beaches and Restaurants are just around the corner. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We would definitely stay again here when we come back another time.

Schönes Haus mit Macken

Das Haus ist architektonisch sehr schön, hat einen Wohntrakt mit Wohnzimmer (Blick auf den Pool), große Küche und Gäste-WC und dem Schlaftrakt mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Badezimmern und 3 kleinen Terrassen. Dazwischen liegt ein Indoor-Terrassenbereich, dessen Glastüren geöffnet werden können. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Jedoch sind die Möbel teilweise sehr abgenutzt, die Bestückung der Küche ist ein Sammelsurium und einiges müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Beim Küchentisch zum Beispiel ist die Oberfläche angelöst und daher klebt er furchtbar. Daher können wir die sehr guten Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Es gibt Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und Pooltücher, die jede Woche ausgetauscht werden. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt, zum Ballspielen o.ä. jedoch nicht geeignet (Hanglage). Es gibt einen gemauerten Grill, der noch unbenutzt war. Der Pool ist sehr schön und auch recht groß. Allerdings auch sehr kalt. Es gibt 2 Liegen und 2 Kunststoffsessel. Bei kompletter Belegung etwas wenig. Der Schirmständer passt nicht zum Schirm und beim Verschieben hat man überall Betonbrösel. Wir haben versucht, den Schirm zu stabilisieren, da er uns ein paar mal, trotz nur mäßigem Wind, umgekippt ist, was bei so einem großen Schirm gefährlich sein kann. Die Terrassen an den Zimmern waren unmöbliert, da die Tische und Stühle an der Poolterrasse aufgestellt waren. Das Haus ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Man hört Vogelzwitschern, Glocken von Ziegen und Schafen und sogar das Meer rauschen, das man ein wenig sehen kann. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind grandios. Hinter dem Haus führt ein Schotterweg durch das Naturschutzgebiet bis zur Steilküste. Man braucht zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten und wird mit tollen Ausblicken belohnt. Mückenspray sollte man auf jeden Fall mitnehmen. Vale da Telha liegt 15 Minuten von Aljezur entfernt in den Bergen. Wir hatten dadurch oft Nebel und dicke Wolken bis mittags und wenn wir nur ein paar Kilometer fuhren, war das Wetter schon besser. Wer die Natur und Einsamkeit liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Je nach Windrichtung stinkt es leider, da direkt unterhalb des Grundstückes ein kleines Gebäude steht, wo wohl das Abwasser der Siedlung geklärt oder gefiltert wird. Aljezur selber hat nicht viel zu bieten. Es gibt jedoch einen großen Intermarche. Auch Vale da Telha hat einen kleinen Supermarkt, der gut bestückt ist.
